Blue Haven did an amazing job designing & building our new pool. We had a challenging landscape with sloping terrain, requiring additional retaining walls & steps, but the team responded well and delivered a well-crafted finished product. Jeff, our project manager, was very responsive and kept pressure on all subcontractors to complete the project in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Blue Haven for your next pool project.

Our pool is done and I couldn't be happier. Being able to step out our back door into our own little oasis on hot summer days is priceless! No more packing everything up and going to the community pool, during pool hours, having to listen to other people's conversations and being splashed by strangers kids, just ours and their friends lol. We researched a bunch of other companies and after many consultations and comparisons we chose Blue Haven. Other companies tried to tell us what they would give us whereas Blue Haven just asked us what we wanted and gave it us from the beginning to the end. We chose everything from placement, size, depth, colors, tiles it was all our choice so we got exactly the pool we wanted. Our PM Jeff S. was on top of everything. He communicated clearly and regularly with us, explained everything, answered all questions and came to check on the progress as it went along. He was very responsive, getting back to us promptly even on his day off. Additionally there is comfort in knowing they will be servicing the equipment as needed and that they are an authorized Hayward service dealer so it's all in house. The pool is beautiful and we've gotten many compliments but the most important thing is the happiness it is bringing our family!

Like any major project involving some level of construction, unforeseen bumps are encountered. We certainly had ours, especially given the complexity of our project. In addition, our project required precise coordination with 4 additional contractors and an engineer to ensure completion. Therefore in any instance where a challenge was encountered, or a re-group meeting was required, Blue Haven was very responsive. More specifically, Landon was always there and always attentive. He was always committed to finding an acceptable solution and contributed to it.

The final result is amazing. I cannot tell you how many complements we receive regarding our pool. It is absolutely beautiful! And we are thoroughly enjoying every aspect of it being able to use it exactly as we wished; whether swimming laps, relaxing in the spa, or entertaining family on the gorgeous poolside decking. Most importantly, we are making everlasting memories. I am very grateful to Landon and his team for making our dream a reality.

I recently had Blue Haven Pools service my pool to fix a connector that attaches to my Polaris Quattro Cleaner. The technician was professional and efficient, completing the repair quickly.

I started working with them in the summer of 2024. Jeff, the salesman, was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. There wasn't any pressure to make the sale. Blue Haven with me on my timeline. We broke ground in February. The different crews that worked on the pool were top notch and friendly. They got the work done in a timely manner. It was easy to communicate with Garrett, the Project Manager. A few issues popped up along the way, as they do with any construction project, but Garrett got them resolved. Blue Haven even helped me coordinate with the landscaping company to take care of all the finishing needs for the backyard. As you can see from the pictures, our backyard went from a place we didn't really spend time at to a beautiful oasis.

This was a great experience! The communication, the service, the timeline, and the overall experience were excellent. We were informed along every step of the way. It was too bad that they couldn’t control the weather, other than that, no complaints!

My family and I have been enjoying our pool for nearly a year now; from Christmas week, to a January birthday party, and through the warmer months, too. Night time swims are a blast with the different color lighting options, and the spa gets nice and toasty whenever we feel like soaking after a long day.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with through the entire process, from design to warranty work. When we found several parts of the pool deck and coping grout cracked shortly after installation, Jeff had everything re-poured and re-grouted to our satisfaction, at no additional charge. He helped make construction about as painless as construction can be, and kept his word that he would continue to remain in contact with us even after completion of the pool.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process of building our dream pool with Blue Haven. From start to finish they have done amazing work and have been very helpful. Communication has been excellent. They were very informative from the start on making sure our vision came to life. From the initial start up with Matt to our options meeting with Michelle and the build process with David, it’s been nothing short of professionalism and excellence. From the moment we reached out for a quote, to the moment we walked through the doors to pick out selections, and to the moment of our finished project we have been satisfied with not only the detailed work but the customer service. David has been one if the best, if not THE best project managers we have dealt with and we have had a LOT of big projects with A LOT of project managers over the past two years. If we have a questions regarding how something works (since we are newbies with a pool) he responds within 24 hours with the answer and has just been an overall pleasure to work with. His personality and professionalism are great! We will definitely recommend Blue Haven to anyone who asks. Such a wonderful company with fabulous employees! We cannot wait to enjoy our dream pool!

This was our first pool so a little apprehensive about the build. But David Andrew our project manager was top notch. His communication was very good. If there was a delay he would communicate why and when the team would be onsite. The Blue Haven workers were hard working and very courteous, friendly. Our pool is complete and looks great. I had 4 pool companies bid on the project and Blue Haven beat everyone on price. If you are looking to build a pool in Charlotte area definitely give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Very positive experience with Brothers That Just Do Gutters. Peter was my main contact, and he was supremely professional and responsive during the initial quote process, as well as during the job itself. Went out of his way to solve an issue that was not his fault. True gentleman. Work was of highest quality - he even recorded and sent before and after photos of the house. Would highly recommend.

We had a hole in our gutter resulting in water leaking. The splashing from the water would get through the screen on our door. It was very frustrating. I decided to contact "The Brothers that Just Do Gutters" to have somebody come out and take a look.

Peter came out this week and did a great job fixing it!

It was put to the test after last night's storm. After the downpour we had, there was no leak in the gutter anymore! I was thrilled about this. Peter was very thorough when answering questions I had.

I plan on working with Peter again for any gutter needs I have. He's a very friendly and pleasant person. I highly recommend his services!
