NewGen refinished my hardwood floors due to a water leak. They look amazing. They were punctual and finished the job in a timely manner. I had them come back out and clean my carpet. Another great job. They look like new. Kent and Liz are so easy to work with and were great at answering all my questions. I highly recommend them.

NewGen Restores was very professional, and understanding of our needs. The work done to our office was amazing. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how much brighter the room was. The floors were worn pretty bad and they made them look almost new again. Very impressed. With all the work that was done, we didn't even notice a hint of a chemical odor. I would defiantly recommend them for any floor cleaning or restoration as ours needed. Thank you.

Kent was able to help us out with very short notice to allow us to meet a deadline. He was very professional and straightforward with the process and the pricing came in under what we were quoted by another installer. We had carpet installed and it came out great. No issues at all and the the project was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Kent and NewGen to anyone.

I had a poopy carpet emergency (my Roobma robot vacuum rolled over poop and spread it everywhere!) NewGen was able to send out a tech to clean my carpets within an hour. They were honest about the outcome (stains may resurface over time) but I knew this would be the case after doing some research before they came. That is just the nature of carpet. The carpet cleaning was thorough and the tech was polite and professional. My carpets looked amazing and smelled so fresh.

Kent, the owner, also came out at my request to give me a quote on refinishing the hardwood floors. He is so incredibly knowledgeable about every type of flooring under the sun. He was patient with all of my questions and answered everything clearly and with tons of detail. There are a couple stains in the wood and he was honest about what the outcome would be.

NewGen Restores is the only flooring company I will ever use. I felt like he always had my best interest at heart. They are the epitome of professionalism and saved totally saved the day!

We had a $50,000 job. Interviewed several companies and hired one. They were expensive, unresponsive, and not prompt. We fired them. We then hired a company that gave us a whole new experience: NewGen Restores. First, Ken Ravioli was a pleasure to work with. The team members that tore out flooring, installed carpet, put in new wood flooring, tore out and replaced new carpet, did custom baseboards, made dry wall repairs, and then did a complete indoor painting- were ALL, every one of them, a pleasure. They showed genuine care for us. The communication was stellar. FIVE STARS is rare but deserved. They are highly recommended.

Joe and Jared did an awesome job. We have used NewGen many times before and always come back. The technicians are fabulous, they respect your home and provide a wonderful service. They are our "go to" people for carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, as well as upholstery cleaning. We would never use anyone else. Great job guys!!

We highly recommend NewGen. NewGen just completed a project in our home. They installed two new wood floors in two bedrooms, and completely rebuilt our master bath. We are very happy with the results. We found the workers to be competent and easy to work with. Management and office staff were also easy to deal with. We found them to be honest and reasonably priced.

It was a pleasure to work with Team NewGen Restores. Kent dropped by the house to speak about the cleaning project on our slate floors. His office team was ever responsive and fully communicative both by email and phone. Aaron spent the morning cleaning and he was super pleasant company and very thorough. I appreciate the great work New Gen Restores provided to our home improvement project and I'd highly recommend.

We use NewGen Restores to clean our Warehouse floors every three months and they do a great job! The floors get extremely dirty with oil and grease from our machines and forklifts, but after they come and clean, they look like new again! We've been working with them for almost two years now and have been very pleased!

We had a water line break in our home overnight. After getting a plumber out to stop the leak we called our insurance agent. Our agent recommended NewGen Restores for the mitigation, clean up and repairs.
NewGen was very responsive and was out that day to assess the damage. They immediately set up dehumidifiers and fans. Once everything was dried out to industry standards, I brought the plumber back in for major repairs.
When I called NewGen back after the plumber was done, they were out the next day to start the drywall repair . Aaron and Joe did an excellent job. Both were courteous and on time every day. We were very thankful for the excellent work, craftmanship and urgency to complete our repairs. They were a bright spot in a difficult situation.

NewGen Restores was awesome to work with! They worked with our travel schedule and timing and changed the color and finish of our hardwood floors (and all banisters) throughout the house. They look absolutely beautiful! Everyone that comes in our house asks who we used. We asked for a custom color and NewGen figured out the perfect formula to get our floors looking exactly as we wanted and their price was the best in the Charlotte area. After the job was done, they went way above and beyond to make sure every last detail was perfect and even did some minor touchups and carpet work for us. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I am so thankful I was referred to NewGen! I originally wanted to replace my carpet but my husband and I decided to wait a little longer as our carpet is in good condition. The quotes I was given were affordable but we just decided to get our carpet cleaned. Kent the owner has been more than helpful. He gave us a discount on our cleaning as well as a free rug clean. Their customer service is great. The guys that came out to clean the carpet were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they would be doing. I highly recommend!! My wife and I bought a new home and decided to change the flooring in 4 rooms. Our Real Estate agent, Meagan Hurdt with Keller Williams recommended NewGen Restores as a great local option. Kent showed us several different types of carpet, padding, laminate, and hard wood and made suggestions based on our need for each room. His rates are reasonable and his installers are amazing. Their attention to detail and quality let us know we made the right decision. We will go back to NewGen for all our future flooring needs.

From the very first visit in our home, Kent’s knowledge of flooring and the replacement process impressed me! Every person on the crew(s) that came to work in our home were amazing! I spent weeks trying to pick out our new floors, and I never felt like they were ready to be done with us. Their patience was so appreciated! The multiple trips I made to the office for samples was always a pleasure. Katie and Archer always made me feel at home! In addition to having new hardwood floors installed I also had 2 area rugs and some carpets cleaned! The carpets looked brand new when they were done, and I will use them again!

NewGen recently installed a new carpet in my living room and the results turned out fantastic…even my dogs find it more comfortable than their own dog beds. I came into NewGen after receiving a quote from Home Depot during one of their carpet sales. With the same budget in mind, I received a significantly higher quality carpet, a heavier carpet pad, and spot treatment to the stained plywood underneath with NewGen. Kent and Liz are very knowledgeable on flooring replacement and restoration—carpet, hardwood, tile, marble—that I have since referred them to restore the flooring in my father’s home. We are very pleased with the work NewGen did and would absolutely recommend them! .

The owner and his crew were very accommodating in every way. I wanted to mix colors as a finish for my wood floors. They came out an extra day and did a sample patch to make sure I was satisfied with the color. The finish work was done perfectly. I love our new floors. We would use NewGen again and refer our friends.

NewGen Restores Inc re-stained our hardwood floors on the first level of our house and installed new carpet on the second level of our house and I could not be happier with the results.
