I had a dishwasher leak and water got under my LVP floors. I called NewGen Restores and within a few hours, they arrived to survey the damage. By the end of the day, dryers and dehumidifiers were in place to start the clean up process.
I also worked with Kent and his team to replace my floors and the process was seamless. They worked around my schedule and were very accommodating. The demo and install teams were very professional and did a great job cleaning up as well. I highly recommend NewGen Restores for any water damage restoration as well as flooring needs!

Kent came and put in our LVP flooring two years ago. The flooring looked great and had a warranty if installed correctly. About 8 months ago the flooring started to have waves in it and now the LVP is popping up.

I’ve reached out to Kent a dozen times with limited response and never have been able to get him to come back to assess and fix the issue even though I’ve asked on multiple occasions.

Very disappointed in the installation of this product and based on his lack of response would not recommend him to anyone. I am having to hire someone else to come and reinstall it properly.

Extremely pleased from start to finish with Kent and his staff at NewGen Restores. He managed to exceed my every expectation of removing engineered wood, carpet and laminate and then installing LVP. Kent is very knowledgeable, patient, honest and competitive with pricing. Other than my own indecision in choosing the final product, never once did I feel any pressure. The crew came as scheduled and did a terrific job. Everyone was very professional and courteous and I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome. Highly recommend them without any hesitation.

I had a small flood in my home that resulted in a complete tear out of all flooring downstairs to include subfloor replacement and repairs. Most impressive with Kent was his dedication to helping me find a flooring that was high end, scratch and water resistant. Kent meet with me several times to provide me with samples until I found something I liked. The subfloor repair was no easy task and Aaron and his team did a great job making it look easy. The flooring install didn't go quite right the first time, but Kent sent his team out again and made it right with no hesitation and it was worth it! They also cleaned and resealed the tile in the kitchen and it looks great! The Shaw flooring looks great and I get lots of compliments, so thank you guys!

The 1 before picture and 3 after pictures do not do justice to the quality and expediency that Kent's team performed at my facility. Aaron, Joe and the others truly did a wonderful job with this old cotton storage mill, removing years and probably decades of cotton fibers from the walls, pipes and ceiling. Truly a great experience with all of the staff. I absolutely recommend for any type of cleaning/restoration job.

They were thorough and did an amazing job refinishing our wood floors and putting hardwoods in a bedroom. Everyone comments on how beautiful they are. Will definitely use them for all of our flooring needs.

Kent, Kelly, and the demo and install teams were all fantastic to work with! Kent took the time to talk through options, provide recommendations, and find the right LVP sample that matched the color of existing flooring I have in my home. I had flooring replaced in multiple rooms and a hallway in between, and the install team did an amazing job ensuring that the pattern flowed beautifully from room to room. They completed the project fast and efficiently too, in just 2 days (1 day for demo and 1 day for install). I couldn't be more happy with the finished product!

This was the easiest process I have ever experienced with any type of home repair. I’ve lived in my house for 33 years and have had several different repair services. Wood Mitchell was super friendly and very easy to work with. He handled every detail from start to finish, followed up with the crew while the work was being done , and also made sure that once it was completed, everything met to my satisfaction. AmeriPro Roofing team did a great job replacing the roofing shingles of my home. They arrived and completed the roof replacement on time and in a timely manner. The roofing crew was very courteous and removed the roofing debris before leaving the jobsite. Their sales team were polite and supportive with interacting with my home insurance company to submit the roof replacement estimate and complete the roof replacement with the insurance approved dollar amount. I highly recommend them.

Ameripro did a great job. From beginning to end. They help me assess the damage from a hurricane and worked with my insurance company to get the new roof approved. My installation was done in one day and they removed all the old roofing too. I want to thank Kate for professionalism in working with us.

Excellent company to work with, really appreciate Joey Phillips' (field supervisor) expert knowledge and help to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. The roofing crew were quick and efficient and did a great job with the clean up. Very happy with the overall experience and would definitely go back to them for any future roofing needs.

Tarped my roof for a small leak while waiting on insurance claim for hail damage. Tarp installation for small leak did not adhere to signed work order. No battens were used as specified, extremely large tarp in relation to small area with leak, removed a vent pipe leaving a literal hole in my roof, nailed directly on top of shingles rather than underneath existing shingles as I understand is a best practice. All this resulted in significant irreparable damage to majority of my roof. First red flag was when the tarp crew arrived asking where the leak was. Hindsight is 20/20 as they say.

Joey Phillips of Ameripro did a fantastic job of helping to get us a new roof! His company helped the insurance company see that there was hail damage and supported me in my claim. When the crew came out to roof the house, they did a wonderful job. I am very happy with Mr. Phillips and Ameripro.

Todd Hovick with Ameripro Roofing made our roofing experience exceptional from start to finish. Todd went above and beyond and kept an eye on the whole process from start to finish (initial calls/paperwork/follow-up on scheduling/installation/completion) and did multiple follow-ups with us to make sure we didn't have any additional questions or concerns. The crew that installed the roof worked very hard and went extra steps to make sure they didn't damage anything on the ground that we may have missed putting up. Do not use this unethical company. Simply the worst.
After the deficient work was completed and full payment made, AmeriPro falsely added additional charges for work that was not performed and that my insurance company won't pay, but AmeriPro keeps using unethical collection practices to try to collect. Terrible work and service.

I had storm damage to my roof which caused water damage inside. Reached out to Joey Phillips with AmeriPro Roofing. Joey came out next day to check my roof. I filed insurance claim for damages Joey found. AmeriPro was out the next week. Had my roof completed in 1 day! I recommend anyone with storm damage to their roof to reach out to Joey with AmeriPro, he is very friendly, professional and responsive! And my roof looks GREAT!

So far, we’ve been extremely pleased with the roof we had replaced by Ameripro. Theron was our sales rep and he was extremely personable and great to work with. He helped us to have our storm damaged roof replaced and approved by our insurance company within just a few weeks! I’ve since referred him/them to others in the area because the process was seamless!
One note-
The contracted roofing company that came to replace the roof did leave 40+ nails around our yard from our own roof but thankfully our kids somehow didn’t get hurt and instead brought them our way.

The representative Dan at Ameripro roofing was extremely helpful with assisting me on getting my roof done. He was very patient and kept me updated every step of the way. He even went above and beyond to help me make sure I could get assistance from my home insurance with my roof since I am a first time home buyer. He also made sure the contractors had everything delivered to the right home and he checked in on the roofing project as it was getting completed. He provided helpful resources and information when it can to the roofing process. Overall, the Ameripro roofing company kept all lines of communication open and it was easily accessible to get in contact with someone. Thank you Ameripro roofing.
