This company was a blessing to me and my family. Their service was amazing and is only outmatched by their kindness. I wasnt able to go with my wife to pick up our furniture due to work and their men and women loaded and unloaded all of our furniture for her (shes pregnant). On top of this, our furniture came out brand new and we felt as though we had made friends. 10 out of 10, and I would refer anyone to this company. Friendly, efficient and most of all kind. This is a great place.

I called this location in a panic after a contractor sprung a leak while laying new flooring. Annemarie reassured me I would be taken care of and I definitely was! Ryan was there within the hour, and everyday from there on out until everything was dry. Completely confident with this team and can sleep at night knowing this has been taken care of so quickly and professionally!

I recently had the misfortune of having my hot water tank leak all night while I slept. I couldn't be more pleased with SERVPRO of South Mecklenburg. They quickly took the situation into their very capable hands. They were clearly adept at handling everything from making you feel in skilled hands and did not leave until they were completely sure all was taken care of. Excellent!

I called ServPro to hire someone to diagnose water damage at my house. The agent picked up immediately, since it was an emergency on a weekend, I was pleasantly surprised. The inspection was free and they accommodated my schedule. Although I didn't end up using the service, they were very helpful and provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision. Will be calling them back for sure!

I contacted Servpro due to a dishwasher leak that caused water damage in our kitchen. Servpro was always responsive, kind, considerate of my COVID concerns and resourceful. I wish my insurance company allowed them to complete the full renovation after they completed the water mitigation. They even helped us locate a plumber when the insurance-assigned contractor was falling behind. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Servpro did an amazing job! We were set to close on our home in less than 24 hours when the sellers notified us of a leak. We had our realtor contact Servpro the next morning to see if they could meet us there for the final inspection, as we wanted to hire our own professional to know the extent of the damage prior to closing. Jim and Annemarie were able to come at our appointment time and provided valuable insight to us! We felt comfortable going ahead with closing and the sellers agreed to use servpro for the water damage clean up. They came out daily to check on the progress from their fans and dehumidifier until it was time to remove it, and on top of that were SUPER friendly and welcoming to us as new residents to the Charlotte area. I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them in the future if the need arises! Thank you Jim and Annemarie!

They rate a 10 STAR rating! They stand "Head and Shoulders" over their competitor.s. During their inspection, they found water and moisture in 2 walls. Sections of 2 walls ( 2 rooms)and flooring in a bathroom were removed. Specialize equipment was used to dry out the walls.
They responded quickly, explained what they would do and was reasonably priced,
Not only were they professional and courteous, but they made sure we were pleased with the results.
It is hard to find good service people in any industry. Make sure you put this company in your "Best of the Best" list!!!
This is the second time we have used them.

While hoping I would not ever need to call an emergency restoration company, Annemarie and Jim have been wonderful to deal with since the first phone call I made to them late on a Sunday evening. Wish I could have given five starts. I called for an estimate, the person on the phone was friendly and said they would reach out via text to schedule (per my request). After I confirmed a day and time with the technician over text he mentioned that it would be $250 for an estimate. I’m not opposed to an estimate fee if there’s a detailed report as to what needs to be repaired but to keep that detail off the website and not to mention it on the call is deceptive. I’m guessing some people are in an emergency situation and just say yes to this and I’m sure other surprise costs but I’m not. Starting off a business relationship with a bait-and-switch maneuver gets five starts for BS

SERVPRO of South Mecklenburg County did an excellent job. We had a pipe burst in our vacation home while we were away. They worked with our Agent and Insurance Company and helped us tremendously. They were pleasant and prompt even when we called them at 3:00 am. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Jim and Kane did a fantastic job. Our builder did not connect the hot water overflow drain pipes correctly and a month after we moved into our brand new home our hardwood floors started buckling. We were devastated because we had just gotten settled into our new home. Jim was incredibly helpful. I would not hesitate to call them again for service. I am very grateful for their kindness and compassion through this process.

At 6:30pm on Friday night, discovered that my water heater had split leaking 80 gallons of water into the basement. Jacob arrived about 45 min after calling and began the process to assess the extend of water damage. Mike and Jayden arrived shortly after and began the process of extracting water and removing the wet carpet and padding. They setup fans and equipment to dry the remaining moisture. All 3 worked quickly, are very polite and professional.

I so appreciated the professionalism of SERVPRO of South Mecklenburg County. I found them through the Nextdoor Neighbor website, and so glad I did. Everyone I dealt with, from my first phone call with Anne-Marie, to the three guys who helped deal with my wood floor damage from the cracked toilet flange were great - personable, reliable and diligent. They were here when they said they would be here, and they completed the work in an efficient manner, leaving everything in the best condition possible for the new floor installation in my powder room.. I would use them again and recommend them highly to any who have an issue that is within their services!

I had a water damage at my condo and called Servpro to help with the removal of the water and they did a great job! Jacob and his team help remove all wet materials and explained the process. I am working on getting them to repair everything and this team is easy to work for!!

Tell your driver if he doesnt put that phone down he WILL end up seriously hurting someone. Green van merged out of 64B exit back onto tue interstate with no signal and nearly clipped the front of my vehicle. Looked over and hes texting the entire time. represent your business effectively.
