One of our stores experienced a major flood due to a sprinkler riser pipe rupturing and pouring thousands of gallons of water into our 20,000 sq ft. location. Servpro responded within a couple hours of my request for service. Their response was rapid, well organized, and thorough. This was a huge disaster and Servpro came prepared to help us recover as quickly as possible. The two leads, Caleb Parrish and Jose Arvizu, were outstanding. They provided an action plan at the beginning of each day. At the end of each day, a daily progress report was provided as well. They kept their team on track and, within a week, had the entire store cleaned. This was no small undertaking. The amount of damage was catastrophic and Servpro was there for us. I appreciate their hard work and commitment to getting the store cleaned up as quickly as possible. I will not hesitate to call them with any other disaster recovery needs.

Anthony & Sylvan didn’t just do a good job. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB! From the initial consultation with my Sales Rep Brian, to the scheduling with Jordan, Tonya, and Dexter, the actual pool build with FANTASTIC PM Tim, and the finish with Start Up Tech, Pool School Tech, Brody. Everyone worked as a team, kept the schedule on track, and kept us inform every step of the way. Tim & Brian answered my questions, and the Scheduling Team provided answers to questions before we even had them. We are impressed with the detailed emails about upcoming steps, weekly visits /photos from PM Tim, video links and info for startup and maintenance.

We recently had an in-ground pool built and while it’s still a bit chilly to use, are pleased so far with the results. The team (Ron Linn, Nick Hatvany, Ray Kennedy, Dillon Sutter, Dexter Montague, Tonya Jugenheimer, Danielle Arguello, Brody Long) was knowledgeable, responsive to our questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. The sub contractors were also very responsive and created a quality product. Can’t wait to use it this summer! A&S not only built our beautiful pool, but they also take care of it. Steven Rucker is a great technician who keeps our saltwater pool clean and clear year-round. Anthony & Sylvan installed my pool and spa. Dale was very receptive and good at incorporating my design features into his model and ultimately the finished product. Steven my project manager was awesome to work with. He kept me informed and was always responsive to my questions and went out of his way to make sure things were exactly as I wanted/needed them. Geoff was very helpful and knowledgeable for our pool school and has made himself available for any future questions. Ultimately the pool/spa construction turned out great and we are ready to start using it soon.

I was extremely impressed with the level of service from Anthony Sylvan Pools. Our Sales Manager Ryan Long was beyond patient and made sure that I got the design I wanted and utilized my space to its full potential. Our project manager Adam Tully made the entire project seamless for me. I appreciated the fact that Adam kept me informed on a consistent basis about the schedule and updates from all the vendors. Its nice to know your project manager cares about your project as much as you do. I honestly was hesitant about starting a huge and long term project but I’m glad I did! My timeframe was set up front and we finished our project almost 4 weeks earlier than expected.

Anthony Sylvan Pools was fantastic! Adam as a Project Manager was always responsive and did great to keep the project moving along! My salesman Ron was also patient as I was trying to finalize the design. AS also has a great warranty department for questions/concerns after pool is complete. That is very important too. Anthony & Sylvan did an amazing job with my family’s pool! Turbo has been here for us from the day we broke ground until long after the pool completion. The design and installation was seamless and the support we STILL receive is amazing!

This is the 2nd time Brian has been out to help with the pool. The first was a detailed orientation of how all of the pool equipment works for our first orientation of the new pool and first time pool owners. This time a filter failed which lasted 2 years longer than is average and came out and replaced it. Great guy with a wealth of knowledge. I will request him in the future.

We are beyond happy with our A&S pool. Our PM, Matt Rowe, was exceptional. He was on top of every detail and was very thorough making sure our expectations were met. Communication was great. Timeline (4 months) was faster than planned. Every step of the process with sub contractors was super professional. We originally met with Brian for our design of the pool with a fire pit area and outdoor kitchen. Brian got us everything we wanted and more , all under budget.

This was my 3rd pool build and couldn’t be happier! Brian Montgomery was great to work with on the design and agreement side. Tim Fournier our project manager made the process so smooth and was always quick to respond to any questions or issues. A bonus was the project was completed 2 weeks faster than they quoted us!
