He has done an outstanding job each week keeping our pool clean and properly maintained. Our pool pump started making a loud noise we were almost positive we needed to replace. Called Anthony & Sylvan and spoke with Josh who helped us figure out the best option for us. Once we decided to replace the pump Josh was very helpful in getting us the replacement and getting us on the schedule. Jeff Fisher the pump replacement installer was the absolute best. Jeff was very professional, and explained very thoroughly any questions I had and trust me I had several. Anthony & Sylvan installed our pool in 2017 and we have always had great customer service and would highly recommend this company for any new pool installations or repairs.

I cant say enough great things about our experience with Anthony & Sylvan Pools. Great communication, VERY competitive price, love the design, quality work, and everything went really smoothly. They answered all my questions, gave me great advice, and did everything they promised... above and beyond! I had a crew that supported us from start to finish... Dillion Sutter was absolutely fantastic during our pool school! He was very informative, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail so we felt confident about caring for our new pool. We are extremely happy with our pool building experience. Jason was our pool designer who was very knowledgeable and responsive to every question we had along the way. Matt R. was our amazing project manager who went above and beyond to make sure each step was carried out on schedule and brought in the best crews to build our pool. Matt was very thorough and kept us well informed. The pool was complete in about 6 weeks which is outstanding! Thank you to everyone who was involved in building my beautiful pool.

We were preparing for some reindeer games, but our heater was not working. We called A&S and they saved the games. Dillon responded quickly and came to fix our heater so that we could enjoy our pool in the cold temperatures. We have had a great experience all around with A&S, from design and build to maintenance calls. 5 star service!

We just completed our pool build with Anthony and Sylvan and had a really great experience. Dillon Sutter was fantastic during our pool school. He clearly explained the equipment and pool dos and don’ts and was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He was born to teach! When our app wasn’t working, he even came back later that same day to get it set up. He’s very responsive to questions and always willing to help, often going out of his way. Highly recommend!

We want to acknowledge Matt Rowe, our amazing project manager. Matt was outstanding from start to finish. He consistently went above and beyond throughout our pool build, bringing deep knowledge, responsiveness, and a calm, steady approach that made the entire process much less stressful.

Matt was always patient and clear when answering our questions, kept us informed with detailed job-site notes, and offered thoughtful recommendations along the way. His proactive communication and professionalism showed how invested he was in delivering a high-quality result. We’re incredibly grateful for his dedication and couldn’t have asked for a better project manager.

Five‑star experience with Anthony & Sylvan!

We just completed our pool build, and it has been an awesome experience. Every person we worked with was fantastic, a special thank‑you goes to Dexter Montague, who kept our schedule perfectly on track.

We never had to wonder what was coming next or whether contractors would arrive as planned—Dexter managed every detail with consistency and professionalism. His communication was clear, timely, and reliable, and he never missed an update. He even arranged to have our final grading moved up a day to accommodate our fence installation, which was incredibly helpful given the holiday season and everyone’s tight schedules.

The Charlotte Ace Roofing team was great to work with. The owner, Vasily, was present at every inspection with insurance and helped us through the entire process! I greatly appreciate the honesty and knowledge that Vasily showed helped get us a roof fully covered by insurance. If we ever have any other roofing needs, we will certainly be using Charlotte Ace Roofing again.

Amazing roof job completed in one day, workers were very fast and efficient, highly recommend, really nice boss, they also cleaned everything around after really good.

We had just purchased a home and it finally rained and we discovered a leak in our roof. Thankfully Charlotte Ace Roofing was incredibly prompt and thorough. Even so much to the point of getting two samples for us to review of shingles since ours are discontinued. Additionally; while Vasily was here to look at the damage, he noticed a few other spots that could be a potential issue in the future and gave us a couple of recommendations.

And, once his team opened up our roof, they found more damage than we originally thought. Vasily immediately came over with the necessary supplies to repair it thoroughly.

We could not be more grateful for their attention to detail, thoughtfulness and client education on the health of our roof. Highly highly recommend!

Turn key management of roof replacement insurance claim (hail damage). Arrived at every appointment as scheduled. Work started as scheduled at 7 am. They ended up replacing much more of the roof deck than planned, but still managed to finish up same day. They came out the next morning to do cleanup. He also took care of scheduling the molding guy to come in and seal around the new skylight. Very pleased with the final result.

Highly recommend this company. The owner explained everything clearly before we agreed on this project. The team was professional, on time, and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the job. My roof looks outstanding, and I am happy with the work Charlotte Ace Roofing has done.

My roof needed to be replaced due to a previous roofer that improperly installed my current roof, which caused damage from leaking water into my garage.
Vasily, owner of Charlotte Ace Roofing came to my house and explained the process thoroughly. Within two weeks of contact (between the holiday season), Vasily and his team completed the job on time, as promised. Vasily called with updates, sent pictures and video, knowing that I would not be home during the entire day. He even went out of his way to give me a call for a concern of my AC Unit that may have not been running properly and checked it out.
The new roof appears to look good and the property was cleaned up as well.
I had at least six quotes in which his was fair.

I can't recommend a better company to use to fix your roof! When we saw leaks on our ceiling, it was later in the evening and many companies were closed and not answering. We left a message with Charlotte Ace Roofing and Vasily called back shortly after. He has been fantastic to work with and is very responsive. He came out quickly and explained the issues that were going on with our roof. He wasn't pushing a whole new roof like I feel like other companies do - he gave us multiple options with fixing the issues we had if we didn't want to go through insurance but suggested contacting insurance since he could see storm/hail damage. Once insurance approved it, he was quick to get us on the schedule to have the roof replaced. Since there was a storm coming through he moved up the day of the repair and his team got it replaced quickly that day! They did a fantastic job - I can not recommend Vasily and his team enough - he has just been fantastic through the whole process and should be how all businesses handle themselves!

We had a shingle blow off the roof and they came out the next day to fix it. Most companies wouldn’t come since it was such a small job but not only did they fix that, they noticed another small issue and fixed that on the spot as well. Communication is quick and clear. Highly recommend!

Professional, on time, responsive and quality work. Vasily and team came out the next day after I contacted him regarding a water leak near our chimney. After inspecting, he showed me photos of the improperly installed flashing and what appeared to be some caulking to try to short-term. He gave me an estimate while there to replace the flashing all the way around the chimney to ensure the leak as taken care of. He contacted me the next day and scheduled the repair for just two days later. His team was on time, explained their work and charged exactly what was estimated.
