Gennadiy is absolutely amazing! Not only was he on-time for our appointment, he inspected our roof, got drone pictures and went over all possible options in terms of repairs! He gave me 3 options (instead of just 1) of what repairs looked like and broke it down into terms I could understand. He was extremely professional and got the work done really quickly! Was very impressed and would definitely call Gennadiy for any roof repair needed in the future!

Alex from New roof is great guy to work with and he removed the birds nest and added the pipeline for exhaust vent. And also added mesh outside for proactive measures. He came and removed the birds in the first time without charge he left!! And next time he came with insulated pipe and fixed everything. Awesome guy!!.

Very pleased with their professionalism. They were quick to provide with an inspection schedule after I informed them of the leak in my roof. As part of their inspection process, they did a thorough inspection of the suspected leak from inside the attic and from the roof as well. The technician prepared a detailed estimation of the repairs with pictures and explained them to me. I was also provided with 3 repair options based on just fixing the immediate problem and also towards providing a more long-term solution. Would definitely recommend!

Alex was amazing! He called to let me know he could come 4 hours earlier than our appt! Did my inspection and while I wasn't ready for the price- the price was fair and he explained the issues and how to fix them.

I called about a leak coming from a shingle nail in my roof. Alex pointed out 2 different options - fixing the leaking area and adding roofing caulk to the other areas (my roof was 7 years old and the caulk was starting to crack).

Was very professional and showed me pictures of my roof before and after the repair.

All I asked for was an estimate to help us understand what might be the potential problems with our roof. Alex took time (after a long hot day in the sun installing a neighbor's roof) to come inspect ours. He pointed out some problems, suggested some solutions, explained he did not work on such roofs (metal) and recommended we contact a specialist. He performed a good deal of investigation, climbed a ladder at various places on our (two story) house, and when he was finished he declined payment.

This company was great!! We had a few shingles come loose on our roof and Aleksandr was able to come the same day we called for service. He was extremely professional, thorough, and took video footage of what he saw as a concern on our roof. He gave us quotes for all of the options he could do to amend each issue. The repairs made to our roof were affordable and reasonable. We are so happy with the service and feel good knowing our roof was repaired correctly as he showed us the pictures of his finished work. We will definitely use this service again in the future!!

Highly recommend New Roof. Communication was great, very polite and professional. The repair process was thoroughly explained, the work was done promptly, on time and as promised. Another small area needing repair was discovered and completed without increasing the price. The repairs blend very nicely into the roof and are hardly noticeable. Great job!

New Roof conducted a very thorough examination of my roof and included drone pictures along with inspecting the roof by getting on it. Gennadiy (The Owner) then explained the work and maintenance that needed to be addressed along with a cost! You pay nothing until the work is complete to your satisfaction!!!! Not only did they ask about my concerns but they addressed them to my satisfaction throughout the process. The workers were respectful of me and my property. Gennadiy from New Roof came out today and did a wonderful job explaining the issue with our roof after a storm. Instead of finding issues with our roof he was very honest and said it was a minor leak through a nail and even caulked free of charge. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I've had bad experiences with a few unethical roofers. I came across New Roof through a Google search, saw the great reviews and gave them a call. I'm so glad I did! Gennadiy was very personable, professional and respectful of my home. He insisted on taking his shoes off before entering. I knew then that I made the right choice.

His estimate was detailed and documented with pictures and he explained in layman's terms the possible cause of the leak in my roof. He promptly fixed the problem area days later. New roof team did a great job for me twice. First time they fixed the edges next to chimney and applied gutter and second time removed some decorative fixture on top of the garage. Gennadii is very nice, respectful and tech savvy guy. He provided a lot of explanation of what he was going to do, shared before and after pictures and offered few options to choose from. Highly recommend his services.

I would 100% recommend New Roof. They did a superb job replacing our roof. From the moment they quoted our project I was impressed by their professionalism. They used drones to assess our roof. Alex sat down with us to show us our old roof and went through what needed to be replaced. The actual replacement was a one day project. The crew did come back the next morning and cleaned up the perimeter of the house. Alex was very responsive with any questions we asked. The quote we received was very comparable to other quotes however what drew us to choose New Roof was the promptness and professionalism of working with Alex.

New Roof did a great job with the install of our roof. They did a whole tear off, replaced damaged plywood and installed our new roof in one day. Not only are we satisfied with our new roof, we were very impressed with their professionalism, transparency and the clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to others, they are a great company that has many years of experience and it shows through their work.

Gennadiy and his brother did an amazing job! We had a leak around the edge of our chimney that seemed to be an existing issue that was from a previous companies roofing job. They were very thorough from point of the quote to the cleanup after install. Very professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!!!

He scheduled our repair promptly and the cost was more than fair. His email receipt was not only the invoice but included clear photos of everything he fixed. My experience with Alex was great. Him and I talked on Yelp before he came to look at the roof in person. I asked him some questions about the work I was planning on doing for the house I just bought, and he was able to get me an initial quote really quickly. Attached to the quote was all of New Roof’s social media, insurance, and license information which was really nice. The price I paid vs the price I was quoted was about 15% different, but I chose to have 700$ of custom apron flashing added and was warned of the cost associated with some repairs that needed to be done underneath the actual shingles before hand. Alex was very quick to get back to me and very respectful to my home (taking off his shoes, making sure my dogs could use the bathroom while the roof was being repaired, etc). We were well warned about what the process of getting the roof replaced would be: the noise, the debris from the roof, the time it could take, etc. The best part of the process was that they were actually able to fix a major moisture issue in the roof I was unaware of, and my house smells a lot better now :). The crew that came to work on the house were great - I didn’t personally talk to anyone but it was clear they were working hard and they cleaned up the yard very well. I got pictures of my roof before, during, and after. I asked a bunch of questions along the way and Alex was very responsive and answered all of them. I got about half a dozen quotes for my roof before I made a decision - New Roof was on the lower side of the quotes I got, they did not charge me a steep fee which was great (2 other quotes I got included one and the fee wasn’t cheap), and I really appreciated how quick Alex was to respond to my messages and that I never felt “sold” during this process. My roof wasn’t easy, the house was built in 1979 and had a roof that was previously done poorly installed and I think they did a great job replacing it and fixing the issues that were a result of the previous work. Also! From the time I paid to the time the job was done was a week :) Fast turn around time!

Awesome company! Alex quickly responded. I explained I had a leak that was staining my son's ceiling and he immidiately accessed the situation, he told me exactly what the issue was. Alex took pictures and videos accompanied with narration to show me what caused the problem and how he would fix it, he also showed me other potential areas that may cause an issue in the near future and gave me a decent quote for that as well! I opted to have the issue at hand and the preventive work done....I have to add the work was done great and the price was even better!! I definitely will be recommending him to anyone needing roof service......and I now have a new roof company!! Thank you New Roof, you're an awesome Company!
