Thank you and great job! I highlyyyy recommend Vasily with Charlotte Ace Roofing and his services and team. I found a leak in my attic and contacted multiple companies with 5* reviews in Charlotte and many wouldn't even come out since my roof wasn't old enough to have the possibility of them trying to put a whole new roof on or weren't interested in the job if I indicated I did NOT plan to file a claim with my insurance. Some even ended up telling me they were no longer accepting new or existing clients locally after I provided all the needed information.
Vasily responded to me right away, came out to my house and inspected the situation and walked me through his recommendations and encouraged me to get additional quotes. To say the least, he was by far who I felt most comfortable working with. He is prompt, professional, honest, helpful and definitely the most reasonable rates you will find, no matter how big or small the problem and he knows what he's doing.

Charlotte Ace Roofing replaced my mom’s roof, and they made the whole thing unbelievably easy. I took on the responsibility of handling everything for her, but these guys pretty much carried the process and kept me perfectly updated, so I got to look like I had it all under control.

We had Charlotte Ace Roofing replace our 20 year old roof that had numerous issues and too many prior repairs.

Vasily and his son reviewed our problems, explained their process, and provided a quote that was more affordable than other quotes we had received.

I especially like that they use all Owens-Corning materials (look up on Consumer Reports to see why).

Despite our complex roof angles (see photos) and large roof, Vasily’s crew was able to completely replace everything in about a day and a half. That included an extremely thorough cleanup (more than we expected).

I first chose to get a quote from Charlotte Ace Roofing based on all the 5 star reviews I read. How could every review possibly be 5 stars? But I had a truly great experience with Charlotte Ace Roofing. Vasily, the owner, is a very knowledgeable and experienced roofer. He is honest, offered competitive pricing, was involved throughout the entire process, and always made me feel like my home was his top priority and his most important job. What more can you ask for?

He offered valuable insights regarding questions I had about my particular roof. And while my wife and I thought we wanted to go with a light grey shingle (because we thought grey goes with everything), Vasily made a polite suggestion for a slightly different shingle color, and we couldn’t be happier with how all the colors of our new roof and home complement each other.

Vasily kept me informed throughout the entire process regarding when the delivery of the shingles would occur, where they would be dropped off, the date of install, etc. His communication was excellent.

Charlotte Ace roofing completed my new roof installation today, and 3 skylights were installed with this project. Vasily and his team arrived at 6:45 am, and started to work right away. They were completely done by 3:30 pm, except the cleanup. My roof looks great and more importantly my wife is very happy.
