I want to share my recent experience with Gennadiy at New Roof. Upon discovering a leak in our roof due to the recent storm, I reached out to a few roofing companies. Gennadiy was the first to respond and made it a priority to be at my house that day. He was thorough in his inspection, took and labeled pictures of the damage, explained all of our options, and provided recommendations. He was even able to ensure the roof would not leak before leaving. It was great to have New Roof help us during this stressful time! I will gladly use New Roof for all of our roof repair and have recommended them to our friends and family.

One of our property’s experienced a leak and we contacted a few roofing companies, New Roof was the first company to respond, came out next day, did a thorough inspection, gave us options for repair, a competitive quote and was able to get us on the schedule to make the repair once we accepted the proposal. Gennadiy is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Charlotte area. New Roof has officially been added to my Rolodex of trusted vendors for my properties.

I could not get over what an incredible job Alex and his company performed on my roof. His free inspection revealed damage to my roof, and improper shingle installation from the previous roof. He took pictures of everything and explained it. He was patient and gave me great options for different roofs. Then, the day of the roof he sent pictures every step of the way. The job was clean, neat, and efficient. They did a superb job and It gives me great peace of mind to know that my roof was installed professionally, by honest men. Very satisfied, and heartily recommend him to anyone and everyone.

We purchased a home that New Rood did the work on and were paid by the sellers. They even provided us a warranty to keep it free from leaking for 6 months. Once we moved in and had mold remediated in the house from the leak they had repaired, we realized there were still issues and called New Roof out per the warranty. They told us to call them back when it rained next. I called them back and sent an email, per the warranty paperwork and they said they would come out, but the next day, emailed me and said that they weren't going to make it out and asked me if I could check on the leak, which was a ridiculous request. We know there is still a leak because the insulation is falling through a hole in our ceiling and it is wet. We had paid for a re-inspection and New Roof said they stood behind their work and offered a warranty so we felt comfortable closing on the house. After these issues, we have had two other companies come out to give us quotes to get the work done and both have said that there were several items that would need to be redone and the quotes range from $5,000-$8,000 for work that should already have been done. This is after the $5,000 in repairs that were already completed by New Roof.

Honest and reliable, New Roof clearly puts customers first. I needed a repair estimate quickly before traveling, and they were able to work with me and come by that same morning. They really took the time to walk me through everything and answer all of my questions, and were more knowledgeable and fairly priced than another company that had quoted me. While doing the repairs, they were great about taking pictures of everything, communicating what they found, and letting me decide what I wanted done. They did a great job and even warrantied the work. My go-to from now on.

New Roof did an excellent job on repairing a leak in my roof. Gennadiy thoroughly explained the issue by providing photos and a detailed explanation. He went to two different stores to find the correct vents needed and made the repair quickly (actually completing the job prior to my leaving for vacation). I highly recommend their services.

Donati which I’ll call him Donut 😂. Is very skilled at what he does. With the summers getting hotter I needed someone to install attic Fan to pull hot air out. I called several companies before him. No answers. He answered first ring. Which is rare these days. Look my home up on Google gave me a quote that I thought was great price. Scheduled me in. Sent proposal and communicated all the way through. Very clean and detailed. Most definitely would use him for any roof job. I gave him 5 stars cause I’m a very picky person. His work ethic is a rare find. Customer service is Key in my book. He is it.

From the beginning to end Gennadiy was very professional. He always had good communication. The price was very affordable compared to other companies. They were very considerate with our time and nothing never felt rushed. Would highly recommend.

Very good service, I had wind damage on my roof and I called them. They came quickly and they came right away, we had planks fall from our roof and lots of other forms of wind damage, the service was done quickly and efficiently. Overall a 10/10 would recommend!

I called this company because of the years of service they had been actively in business. Gennadiy answered the phone on my first call. He was busy but promised to call back. As promised, he called back and made an appointment to assess my issue (I thought my attic fan motor needed replacing). On the day of the appointment, he called to confirm my availability as I had a scheduled post op appointment. He came as promised and when I told him of the issue, it didn’t sound like it was one that they could repair, as my attic fan was an internal unit & not the one on top of the house. Gennadiy was still eager to assist and when he went into the attic, he discovered it was only a belt that had dry rotted and needed to be replaced. He googled the closet store that had the belt and came back to replace it, all before I needed to go to my appointment. The final icing on the cake was that I did not have cash or a check to pay him so he left before receiving his payment for the service—only with my promise to pay. He sent me the required link and I paid him in full. I’m completely satisfied and recommend this company! I would definitely call again for any roofing needs!

Gennadiy from New Roof came and fixed my gutters on a two and a half story roof that I could not reach. He was very professional and fair on the pricing. I'll definitely call New Roof back when I need roof and gutter repairs and replacements. I'm very pleased with the service and I highly recommend letting New Roof get ok the ladders instead of risking your safety!

Gennadiy is a king. He worked with me schedule for the both the free estimate and the install. The price was was lower but still competitive to their rivals. And so far ( 3 days) my roof looks great and acts great. With a 10 year workmanship guarantee, I’m not too worried though.

We needed some fascia board wrapping replaced and our gutters cleaned! I dreaded finding a company to do the repairs so I went on thumbtack (first time user) and thought I would gamble! I reached out to New Roof and they immediately responded! They were courteous, responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and fair. I sent them pictures and they were able to give me a quote! They also let me know when they were in route to my house, which I love! They did find some small concerns but showed me pictures and discussed options but was not pushy trying to sell me anything! I appreciate that tactic! I work at a finance lender who partners with similar companies and see so many complaints about other companies and tactics so I know what to look out for and skeptical. It was that time for a roof on our home and not just a repair but the whole roof, even the plywood under the shingles had to be done. Gennadiy and his crew at New Roof were absolutely amazing, even down to the clean up! They were here before the sun came up to get started which says a lot. I did a cold call from an internet search, the call was answered 1st try, This was after a good storm came through. I was told 2 days, they showed up and made a temporary repair the next day. 2 days later they made a permanent repair.

Alex identified there was storm damage when others had not. New Roof handled everything contacting insurance and booking inspection. Communication throughout was spot on never had to wonder what’s happening. This is a local family owned business but you wouldn’t know that when it came time to replace roof. No fewer than eight men attacked my roof stripping it to plywood, replaced some plywood, put all the stuff down prior to shingles, put shingles on, cleaned up everything including nails all in on 12 hr day. Clearly professionals at what they do as they told me customer service is their priority. They have all the tools necessary to make a difference getting it done in a day. Alex came back alone the next day for fine work and final cleanup. All for the cost of insurance deductible. CALL THESE GUYS!!! You won’t be disappointed.
