I felt so lucky and grateful to have found Vasily, the owner of Charlotte Ace Roofing, to work with on my roof replacement project. From the first interaction, I was impressed by his honesty, professionalism and great working ethic. As the owner of the company, Vasily doesn't have a sales team to interact with customers; instead, he worked with me directly on every single step throughout the entire process. He answered all the questions I had either via phone calls or text messages. His responses were way faster than I would expect someone as busy as he was could handle! After completing the 2-day project, his crew did a great job of cleaning and even with that, he came to the house the next day again and showed me all the pictures they took and walked through the site one more time carefully to do a final inspection. I cannot recommend Vasily enough and definitely would like to work with him again if I have any other roofing project/repair needs arise in the future. Charlotte Ace Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof and installing new shingles. They have also replaced the rotten boards underneath prior to installing the new shingles on top. That goes to show that they care about the integrity of the roof and quality of the work while not sweeping things under the rug so to speak. The crew arrived early in the morning and worked hard all day in the summer heat until sunset while making sure the job was done in a timely manner and correctly. They have completed our two story house in one day and came out the second day to finish up the roofs of the patio and bay window in the back of the house for couple of more hours. After the job was completely done, they cleaned up the loose shingles and nails to a satisfactory standard. They also cleaned our water gutters as a bonus. Big thank you for that! The crew was easy to talk too and they have answered all of our questions. We are absolutely happy with our new roof and it looks fantastic. It have definitely increased our home value and quality along with curb appeal. Thank you for all of your hard work Charlotte Ace Roofing! You guys are amazing! Keep up the good work!
