Although our pool isn’t finished yet, I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed we’ve been with Anthony & Sylvan so far, especially because of our incredible experience with our sales rep, Ron. From the very beginning, he has gone above and beyond (and then some!) to make this process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

We’ve had what feels like a million questions, changed our minds multiple times, and asked for revisions… and Ron has handled it all with patience, professionalism, and unwavering responsiveness. He helped us make thoughtful refinements to our design that kept us on budget without sacrificing the look or function we wanted. I honestly can’t think of a single time he hasn’t answered or followed up quickly.

We’ve also had a great experience with Danielle, the scheduler. She’s been friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with.

This kind of service makes all the difference with a big investment like this, and we truly feel like we’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Geoff from Anthony & Sylvan! He replaced our pool light and was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. When the first light failed (a Hayward issue, not Geoff’s fault), he didn’t hesitate to come back with a replacement and get everything working again. That level of follow through and professionalism really stands out. I’m super happy with the service we received and it gives me peace of mind knowing that if any issue comes up in the future, they’ll make it right. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed working with Tim F. and the team at Anthony Sylvan. From design and pre construction to the salt start up we were kept on the loop and felt incredibly comfortable with the whole process. This level of communication was incredibly reassuring.

To top it all off, the entire project was completed earlier than the projected timeline, which was a wonderful surprise! The quality of the work is outstanding, and we are so excited to enjoy our beautiful new pool for years to come.

Geoffrey Vanleer did a Top Notch job on replacing our Jandy motor for us. He was out the next day after emailing the company, had all the materials needed for the job and replaced everything and had it up and running in no time! My husband was away on work so Geoffrey was able to give me a break down of the new system and made it simple to understand. He was very polite and professional and left me with his contact info for pool needs moving forward. Super impressed with service and the new system, it’s a huge upgrade, quiet, powerful and will save us money come power bill time! Hubby will be happy when he comes home from Army drill to be able to relax in his pool again!

Since the design and build of our pool by Anthony and Sylvan over 3 years ago, we have been using them for weekly pool service. Our pool tech, Brian Turbeville is great. He is on time, friendly, willing to answer any and all questions and even diagnosed and repaired a problem with some equipment. High recommend.

We cleaned the pool filters, changed the Mineral Cartridge and emptied the pump basket. When I turned the system back on, you could hear the pump running but no water was flowing through. I called Anthony & Sylvan Service department and left a message. Within three minutes I received a call back from Geoffrey Vanleer. I explained my situation to Geoffrey, and based on this description, he felt like we had an airlock in the pump lines. He put me on FaceTime so he could see what I was doing and instructed me how to prime the system by pouring water into the filter pump basket. We did this several times with no luck. He then asked for my address and determined he was a little over an hour away. He instructed me to continue priming the pump, but he was jumping in his car and heading my way. By the way, this is happening at 4 o’clock on a Wednesday afternoon when most people are thinking about going home, not driving to a service call over an hour away. After priming the pump for about 45 minutes, water finally started flowing through the pump. I called Geoffrey to let him know and by this time he was only about 10 minutes away. He asked if I still wanted him to come over and check it out, but I told him no as everything was running fine. He then explained to me how this happened (too many areas opened all at once allowed water backflow) and how to keep it from happening again. He told me if I had any more issues with the pump, or any other problems with our pool, just to call him direct on his cell phone, even on the weekends. Now this is what I would describe as absolutely phenomenal service! What a great guy, extremely pleasant, informative and helpful. If I was still running my own company, I would have offered Geoffrey a job right on the spot! This situation certainly reinforced our decision to build with Anthony & Sylvan Pools. It’s been nothing but a very positive experience from beginning to now. Geoffrey and Anthony & Sylvan have my absolute highest recommendation and thanks!

I called Geoffrey On Tuesday to let him know that we were having a problem with our pool Light and by Wednesday he stopped over to take a look at the issue on his way home from work. Now that’s great service!!! He went above and beyond to take our look at our whole system and tweaked things for it to get the pool in great working order.

Tim is the best project manager at A&S - highly recommend him for any pool build. My neighbors and I have both had Tim and he’s always available and very helpful for any issues that arise!

Geoff is a truly outstanding service provider! He took our phone calls when he was out sick and even provided helpful guidance over the phone on a video call. When parts needed to be replaced, he came quickly and installed them even more quickly. He explained why the system was not performing when a part had failed and stayed after installation to ensure everything was working correctly. We are very grateful for his responsiveness, courtesy and expertise!

A&S installed our pool 17 years ago. Geoffrey Vanleer and his greay team replaced our heater, pump and filter upgrades. Responsive and reliable with up front pricing. All around great experience once again!

After cleaning our filters in our pool and putting things back together the pump was working but no water was flowing through it. Of course all the negative thoughts of what could be wrong go through your mind. We reached out to Anthony and Sylvan’s service line and within minutes we received a call back from Geoffrey Vanleer. He was so kind and understanding. We face timed with him and he patiently walked us through trouble shooting. When things weren’t resolving themselves he said he would head our way to take a look at it but to keep doing what we were doing until he got here. Fortunately it resolved itself and we let him know. He proceeded to give us his cell number and told us to call him directly anytime if we have any more problems. You just don’t get customer service like that anymore. Thank you Geoffrey! We appreciate you.

Anthony and Sylvan did an outstanding job on our backyard oasis. Workmanship was impeccable. They were very responsive to our requests/needs. Tim Fournier did an amazing job as our project manager as well as Brody for pool school. Jason Smith’s design fit our needs perfectly.
