Roof installation took 3 days should have been done in half that time. Showed up unscheduled and the lack of communication is astounding. Poor customer service. Been waiting over 4 weeks for a window/siding repair that was damaged by Ameripro’s crew. The roof appears to be done correctly it is the customer service and non responsiveness that is issue!

Addison Palko made Ameripro Roofing a great experience for me from start to finish. They installed a GAF Timberline roof on my home and I couldn’t be happier. Addison Palko was my rep and did exactly what he said he would do and made the process very reassuring and easy. Their Corp reps and managers Charlene Bolsoni and Billy Robinson worked with me on various details to solidify the deal (all great communicators). The project manager Tony was awesome too. Joey Phillips was our AmeriPro rep and he was wonderful. He handled all of the insurance stuff and explained exactly what to expect. He was there all the way through the process. And, we were double the work since we own two homes that were damaged and needed roof replacements.

I purchased a new roof from "AmeriPro Roofing" last month. The quote from Theron Quill was untouchable, and the quality of service from the install team was top notch. Theron went the extra mile and kept an eye on the whole process (From the material delivery through the installation/completion). He made sure the job was completed satisfactory. The whole process of replacing my hail damaged roof was handled professionally and very efficiently. Their sales pro and roof inspector worked closely with our insurance company to insure the claim was approved. Installation and cleanup were outstanding. Our roof was replaced due to hail/storm damage. Joey Phillips and the pros from AmeriPro guided us every step of the way. Joey worked tirelessly with the insurance company, clearing up a mistake on their end. They communicated with me about delivery of materials, and the installation was done in a day (complete tear off and new shingles). The crew left the property immaculate. I would highly recommend: Joey is a real pro, the materials were high quality Owens-Corning, the crew was quality conscious.

Donald McDaniel (CLT) sales team with AmeriPro was very professional, and the company's workmanship was spot on. They have great customer service and sales professionals. Very timely, and they do great work. I have a large home and roof; the entire job was completed in just one business day. The Project Manager will complete an inspection at the end to make sure that your totally satisfied with the project. You will receive a 5-year manufacture warranty and workmanship on the roof. Also, you will receive an email with a 40-year warranty on the roof depending on the shingles that was approved. Catawba, NC

Billy Robinson from AmeriPro Roofing did a great job in handling my roof replacement project. He gave me a great price and managed entire project himself with a very little of involvement. He bought all the roof samples and help me decide on the material and color. The crew who installed roof worked extremely hard, they started at 6 in the morning and finished the entire work by the 8 in the evening including cleaning of my yard, gutters etc. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for roof replacement. Also wanted to highlight that they initially helped me work with the insurance too and were present when the roof was inspected by insurance company. Unfortunately insurance company didn’t cover it because the storm date wasn’t recent enough, but Billy did his best that he could and only after insurance denied the replacement he gave me a great price for the roof.

Do not trust this company. They repaired my Dad’s roof after hail damage. The work was ok, doesn’t leak but definitely does not look as nice as it did before. But he has an awning that goes out over a deck. The workers did damage to the awning and now it leaks. Yes it’s been almost 2 months but it hasn’t rained a lot. My dad is 89 and just noticed this when it was raining heavy. The company very rudely informed me that we would have to prove they had done this. Well I don’t have a picture of anyone standing on it but how else could it have happened. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY.

Judith led me through the whole process. I only had to be home 1 day when the insurance company adjustor met with Ameripro roofers. They replaced my roof while I was at work. They even had a company come and remove and replace my solar panels. And then I electronically transferred some money from the insurance company to Ameripro. Easy peasy. All this was done at times that were convenient for me. And now 2 of my neighbors are getting new roofs so our neighborhood will look better!

Ameripro staff were very efficient and professional. The crew came in and did the installation and cleanup in one day! There was no interruption to our family while they were here. Our first contact, Mr. Adam Troy, did an exceptional job keeping us informed through the entire process from filing our claim through project delivery and inspection. I am extremely pleased with Ameripro and can highly recommend this company. My new roof looks fantastic!!

I want to thank Billy Robinson for helping us get our roof repaired from the hail damage we had back in April. He was very informative and helped us with our insurance. The guys who came out and put our new roof on were fantastic and very good at their job. And they did a very good job of cleaning up nothing damage or any nails left . Jim and the guys came out to see what I had going on from moisture build up in my crawlspace. They were professional, thorough, and generous with their time answering all of my questions and in follow up. Together we determined that a clean up would not be sufficient as the reason for the problem in the first place would likely reoccur. It was somewhat surprising that the person I talked to on the phone to set up the sanitation appointment was the same person who came to do the job. So often a less professional employee is sent to do the job. This was not what I experienced with Servpro. The 2 woman crew arrived when expected and got right to work. I was given good details over the phone as to how to prep the area. The entire experience was stress free.

And at ServPro, my experience was as if they knew what may be on my mind, anticipated my needs, communicated clearly as to what was going to take place, accommodated above and beyond where they could; and made themselves available for questions.

From the initial call they were out there right away and they always communicated with me and let me know everything they found and took care of it.
