Great customer service, quality work, great follow up. Had to replace my roof due to wind damage. Panda offered upgraded materials and worked with my insurance directly to settle payments. Was great to work with and so far great results.

The installation was fast and flawless but they have communication problems within each other. I talk to the sales person I’m in touch and make payments, then I got a random email invoice needs to be paid out that I already paid. It was even confusing for my insurance company. They had to call me to understand the process. I had to call my insurance company and Panda Exteriors back and forth to understand and solve the communication issue. They have to work on their internal communication

I am extremely satisfied my new roof and the quality of the work that was done. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job. It was replacement of my entire roof. They cleaned up all debris and left my yard and driveway spotless. The supervisor, not only called, bu visited to ensure that I was comfortable wth the job. I would not hesitate to refer Panda to anyone.

Panda Exteriors was fantastic. Dalton Dawson made the experience pleasant and easy. This guy will make his way through the company, he has to be a huge asset to the company. He is knowledgeable, well spoken and was committed to getting the job done right. A man of his word through and through. The insurance company was trying to be difficult and on several occasions and tried to weasel their way out of covering the damaged roof, but Dalton's experience and persistence paid off. He tried a few different approaches to showing them the same damage until they realized that a full replacement was warranted. Without him I would have had to come out of pocket and pay for a majority of the job to be done. I really owe it to him for not letting up. Everything he said he and Panda would do, was delivered and executed perfectly. They have a great team, but this guy was the absolute VIP. I had a few minor concerns with the installation, but they were immediately addressed and corrected. Installation team was on time and professional. They worked from morning to dark to get the work done. Overall would highly recommend these guys.

A younger gentleman knocked on my door and, from the beginning, I told him I was not interested and that my child was sleeping. He insisted it was “just a free roof inspection,” even after I said no four times. After I closed the door, he flipped me off and then walked through my front garden. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I would not do business with this company even if the roof were free.

It has been 8 days since my installation and so far so good. Installation was completed on time and clean up was excellent. Looking forward to a long time of use.
