Bryan and Rob were amazing to work with. We had the unfortunate luck of working with a previous contractor who was unable to finish the project, but Bryan and team literally saved the day! They immediately were in touch with Mecklenburg County to figure out our permit issues and then laid out the remaining schedule of the job very quickly. They were very informed of all processes and kept us up to date with all steps. They worked very hard to get our project completed and exceeded our expectations.

I contacted Charlotte Pool Company after noticing an error message on my heater. Although their primary business is pool design/builds, the owner, Bryan, kindly offered to help me out as his technician, Rob, is an expert on Jandy systems. Rob quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and installed it upon arrival. My heater is back up and running thanks to these guys. Outstanding service in a time in which honest and reliable companies are hard to come by.

We had a wonderful experience working with Charlotte Pool Company on our new backyard swimming pool and we'd highly recommend them. A few of the highlights that stand out to us:

- Lots of flexibility and patience with us during the upfront design & quote phase of the project
- Excellent communication on timelines and status once the project was underway
- Speed - Once the project got going, there were very few gaps in work (weather permitting) and the entire project was completed in less than 2 months. This is a stark contrast to other pool projects we've observed in our area that seemingly drag on for months and months with no end in sight
- Coordination - Bryan and Rob did a great job coordinating with the landscaping company that was in our backyard doing the landscape portion of our backyard project at the same time the pool was being built

The end result is a beautiful new swimming pool that we love.

I’ll just say it’s a good thing Bryan and the team at Charlotte pool company don’t take as long as I do to get stuff done… like write this review for instance. Bryan and the team helped us build our dream pool 18 months ago. They were well organized, well scheduled and the price was right! Our project went very smooth even with the grade and terrain challenges. The team was able to execute exactly why Bryan promised his design would provide. Charlotte Pool Company really made it easy to trust the process! That’s something that I struggle with, but from the initial design to completion everything was delivered as promised and with the best attention to detail.

Had a great experience with 21 roofing from sales to admin to installing team! They were efficient, communicated well and roof looks great. They came early, finished in one day, cleaned up and did a follow up check as well. They were competitively priced compared to other quotes while still providing better product and warranties. Will be using them for all future roofing needs!
