We can’t say enough about the quality service we received from 21 Roofing on our new roof replacement this week. From the initial contact with Leslie Ramirez, to schedule a visit to look at the condition of our roof by Randall Parham, to the development of a very cost effective estimate for the replacement, to the work being performed quickly and professionally, we found 21 Roofing to be extremely conscientious. The team that arrived at 6:30 am on the day scheduled, showed up ready to work. The Project Manager, Ronnie Cortez did an amazing job of both keeping us informed during the work day and with his follow up to check our satisfaction the next day. It was also a benefit that Ivy Webb from the office kept us up to date with schedules and key points of the roofing procedures to expect. Finally, we appreciated Erik Ramirez, the Owner of 21 Roofing, checking in to make sure everything was going smooth. The crew we had for installation were very diligent and when they had finished the roof replacement at 5:00 pm that evening, the site was cleaned by 6:00 pm, and it looked like they had not even been there. I was in a tough spot. I had just fired my previous roofer and I needed a roof quickly as much of my roof had already been stripped. I reached out to Chris and his team at 21 Roofing and they delivered big time! I called him on Wednesday and the following morning at 6:30 AM he had all the supplies in my driveway along with a dump trailer and two crews ready to roll. By 6:45 the ladders were staged and the crews were stripping the roof. These folks moved with the precision of a drill team. It was readily apparent they knew what they were doing. This is a complicated roof, 60 squares with numerous gables, pitch changes, and step flashing required in both masonry, and cedar shake walls. I could tell by the nail gun count
the installers used six nails per shingle which will provide the GAF high wind protection. The team completed the entire job in two days! 21 Roofing uses all qualify GAF products, even the drip edge is a full six inches rather than the cheap three inch stuff. On Saturday morning I met with Ronald the Project Manager to do a visual check on the entire job and to ensure I was pleased with their work. Quality products, quality workmanship, and a dedication to customer service. I couldn't be happier. Learn from my mistake, hire these guys first.

Highly recommend 21Roofing for all your roofing needs. They were honest and upfront about the work needed to the roof while also providing various options at different price points. Their transparency and communication was top notch. Ronnie and Colin both communicated effectively throughout the process and during the roof replacement. Erik helped explained our best options & made sure we had a full understanding. Their team completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job of cleaining up any materials. I can rest assured knowing we have a great roof over our head!

I had a great experience working with 21 Roofing Group! They were incredibly responsive from start to finish and did a fantastic job with both the inspection before I bought my home and the full roof replacement afterward. My roof was a bit tricky — the eaves on one both of the house were dropping and needed extra support — but their team handled it beautifully. They added 2x4s to reinforce the frame and additional plywood to repair the overhang, and the results look great.

Ronnie and Jesus were especially great to work with — professional, friendly, and really knowledgeable. Jesus even went out of their way to bring shingle samples to me in person when I had trouble picking a color online, which I really appreciated. The cleanup was thorough, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend 21 Roofing Group!

Although it took several iterations to get to a landscape design we liked, once we agreed the execution of the plan was very quick and efficient. The staff at Ivy Creek were very easy to work with and adapted quickly to some minor obstacles to completing the work, including some delays with the tree company cleaning up the remnants of some tree stumps left after some trees were removed. We appreciated all of their patience and help.

I’ve been blessed to know the founder and owner of this place for his entire life. I saw where it started and how efficiently it grew into something amazing! He’s created so many jobs for passionate, driven people. This business, I can confidently say, will make any property beautiful within an extremely fair price range. Brandon Glover works in a way where it’s not work for him—it’s a lifestyle he enjoys/thrives in while also going above and beyond to exceed expectation's for whatever your dream designs are for any landscaping project. 100/10 recommended!

We had so much work that needed to be done on our property that we didn't think anyone would want to take on the challenge.

We called Ivy Creek Landscapes and spoke with Brandon about what we wanted done and about all the future projects we had in mind. He genuinely seemed excited to help us with our vision. He explained all the services they offered like landscape design, decks, fencing, which was perfect since we were looking for a quality reliable company that we can use for all our projects.

On the start date the guys went right to work and knocked it out of the park within the timeframe Brandon quoted. They cleared, cleaned, removed, and leveled everything we asked for and then some. I even had a few extra spots I wanted touched and they took care of it no problem.

Everyone was just so nice and helpful while they were here. They addressed all of our questions and concerns. We have a water way behind our property so we wanted to make sure we didn’t harm the natural ecosystem.The project managers were extremely knowledgeable about what we should do and what is most beneficial to our land for long term development as well as environmental impact.

We are extremely happy with the quality of work, professionalism, timely responses and communication throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to using them again for the next round in making our yard a dream getaway. Thanks guys.

Overall, Ivy Creek Landscapes exceeded our expectations with their incredibly beautiful and well-constructed landscape / firepit design they developed for both our front and back yards. The crew, especially Jose and his son were a pleasure to work with. They worked long hours and got the job done quickly even when it was well over 90 degrees outside. Jose showed that he cared about the work by always checking in with me to make sure each step was done to my satisfaction.

It appears this company has hidden my review, but I will continue to post and share my awful experience with this company! You will save yourself a big headache if you find a different company to work with.

The big negatives from them (working on getting the full review re-posted):
1) Unprofessional and talked to me much differently than my husband - if you are a woman make sure you stand your ground and keep documents so you can prove to them when they misspeak and blame it on "you not knowing how they do their job"
2) Poor quality of services. They did an awful job regrading our backyard and we still have poor runoff. We paid for a drain basin but it never got put in, and it was difficult to get refunded for the unprovided service
3) They ghosted our calls once they realized we were not just going to "let it go". We paid a lot of money and being left unsatisfied is unacceptable. They made promises to make things right, but did not follow through with what was expected.
4) They illegally dumped dirt on the road in front of our house, the police came threatening citations, and Ivy Creek was no where to help out. They didn't have available crews and it fell on us to ask construction workers in the area to move it so we didn't get a ticket!!!

I'm sure there are plenty of other landscaping companies that will do better work and take higher pride in their services. It is also a HUGE RED FLAG if they are working on hiding/taking down reviews that are negative even though they have documented pictures and proof that Ivy Creek dropped the ball on our project.

In my professional career, I've worked with many Landscaping Companies in Florida. Customer Service has always been a hit-and-miss, but Ivy Creek Landscaping has restored my confidence in the industry...!!!! What a great Company and what a GREAT team they have. They've taken the time to listen attentively to my concerns, and budgetary restrictions, and they've formulated a solution that not only meets the level of quality my company seeks but also meets my budget - Thank you, Ivy Creek Team for all you do!

Brandon and Angelo, at Ivy Creek Landscapes, were great! I had them build out a firepit and I love how it turned out! From setting up the first meeting to completion of the project, the communication/responses were always timely. They stayed in budget and completed everything on time. There were even a few days of rain during construction but, they had allotted for that and always kept me in the loop. I would highly recommend them for any landscape work you are considering.

What truly makes Ivy Creek Landscapes special is the level of excellence that Brandon Glover brings to his company. He is good at what he does and his no-nonsense approach is refreshing! He gets it and approaches the job with exuberance and reliability. I am so impressed with this company and Brandon. I know you will be as well.

Brandon was extremely attentive and gave very detailed answers! His knowledge of the project was so through too. We had a great experience.

Brandon and his team did a fantastic job on our patio. They were very responsive to our last second additions and changes. They made quick work of our project.

Project was for aeration in existing yards, and grading/seeding/fence in another yard.

Helpful and responsive in the project scope process, but downhill after the deposit was collected.

Scheduling for the aeration was flaky and ultimately only did one of the addresses. Could not plan my work around their timing, even when weather was not an issue.

Quotes and invoices didn't match and weren't updated for work not-performed.

Fence was not built to documented design, but eventually corrected. Its a farm style fence with wire mesh between 1x6 top and bottom. When corrected, they left long sharp spikes and the wire was not re-stapled to the wood.

Attention to detail was well below expectation, combined with scheduling lapses and payment difficulty influence my score.

I rated a 2 because.they didn't break anything and genuinely wanted to get things right, but it was a hassle and I'm doing more work afterwards than intended.
