We had a very large slope in our back yard. Ivy Creek worked with us to design and redesign during the install process. They also built a beautiful pergola to complete the project. Great team!!

I am very pleased with backyard project done by Ivy Creek Landscapes. I met with Brandon to discuss possibilities for creating an outdoor space. I was having trouble envisioning what could be done. Brandon listened to how I wanted to use the space then offered ideas. He provided a vision for what could be done. From start to finish I was pleased with the communication from the team, the workers who were on site and all followups. Martin and Angelo made sure things were going as planned and checked in on the site constantly. Angelo was my main contact and was always ready to help. He answered all my texts and emails, Checked in constantly to make sure I was happy with how things are going and worked with my crazy schedule. All the team was respectful, and worked hard for things to be done right. When I had questions they were quick to answer and make anything I was not sure of right. I will definitely use them again when I am ready to expand the vision. I enjoy my patio, fire pit and pergola swing so much and get many compliments. Thanks to Ivy Creek for creating something that exceeded my expectations.

We went through an entire two-year expansion and construction process for our shop, and out of all the subcontractors involved, this team truly stood out. From start to finish, they were extremely communicative, professional, and respectful of the job site, always keeping things clean and organized throughout the project. The paver stone installation was done beautifully, and the quality of their workmanship really shows. Brandon, Joe, and the entire crew exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality landscaping work and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

When we decided to get a fabulous new spa for our back patio, we thought we were just going to extend our existing patio to accommodate it. After finding out our current pavers were discontinued, we had to come up with a whole new plan and we are thrilled we used Ivy Creek Pools & Patios to create a much better layout and design! Joe and Brandon were fabulous to work with! Their attention to detail and amazing communication with us throughout the process was very much appreciated. Their crew always cleaned up at the end of the day and I found that to be impressive. Cannot recommend them enough!

Just wanted to share my experience with Ivy Creek Pools & Patio's. The whole team is fantastic from David helping with the design to Martin overseeing the installation. These guys communicate every step of the way from daily text on what time they will arrive , what work will be completed , to personal Q/A's of the current project. The crews working kept a clean tidy environment and made sure the fence was closed up every evening for the animals :). I would have no hesitation working them again or recommending them to my family and friends. Thanks Brandon, Martin, and David for all the hard work

My first time here. Super good service. Maybe I'm easily impressed by NC kindness and hospitality since I just moved from CA. Had great food that was spicier than I expected, but that was welcome. Looking forward to my next visit.

Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever done business with anyone worse than this company. You’ll see I don’t participate on social media let alone reviews on them, but when you meet something this bad, it warrants a review. The owner of this company is a complete idiot and based on my research has many failed single family home construction businesses. Unfortunately for the realtor who represents him, they were put in a bad spot from a negotiating perspective.

Run away. Run far far away. I promise you, you’ll be happy you did.

This is our first time building a home and this company made it so stressful and complicated. They installed incorrect items multiple times due to poor communication within the company. The project management team was very rude when we addressed the incorrect items to have it fixed. We have lived in the home for almost 5 months now and we still have punch list items that are incomplete and have no ETA on when our home will be finished. I Highly recommend finding a different builder if you are looking to build your dream home and save you the stress and headaches.

We had a very unpleasant experience with Greybrook Homes and would not recommend. Specifically, their communication was poor throughout our time, every conversation or correspondence felt disorganized at best. Greybrook Homes describes themselves as a “semi-custom” builder, however we found this to be somewhat misleading. Their options are minimal, we received conflicting information on what options were offered and their pricing for “custom” items was marked up beyond what is reasonable or in scope. We found the process to be incredibly frustrating and we found them to be inflexible and at times unprofessional. We would not recommend.

We love our new home. From start to finish the new build process has been incredible. We love the personal service, great design features and design assistance. The builder is all about quality and service. They don’t know the word NO. The neighborhood is unbelievable. This is a hidden gem of style, quality and value in new home builds in Davidson. Come be our neighbors!
