Utilized Paragon to install a new screen porch, the tech arrived on tine, completed enclosing the entire patio quickly and very good quality, and all caulking.

Rome wasn't built in a day, but Guthmann built our Rome in a little under four months as promised, all while we were 800 miles away. And it turned out beautifully. As first-time homeowners and renovators, we were intimidated to commit to our project. But from start to finish—design, selections, construction—we were extremely impressed with Guthmann's process and immediately knew we were in good hands. The quality of craftsmanship is fantastic, but so is the service level, professionalism, and attention to detail. HIGHLY recommend, and we know who to turn to in the future.

This is the fourth remodeling we have down with Guthmann and I just want you to know, that I have nothing but praise for this company! So many friends have complaints about how the job was handled, or what was not done well, or that it was not done on time. Not so with Guthmann. On the back of their work shirts it say, "Built on the Rock of Jesus Christ". That is not just a saying for them, as they work with integrity and honesty, and are always polite and respectful of being in someone else's home. The timeline seemed long, but with each project, I understand more about the intricacies of coordinating subs and appreciated their realistic scheduling. Remodeling is a mess to do and a mess to live through, but Guthmann made it as easy as it can possibly be. They clean up each afternoon and kept me informed of scheduling. Thanks to the whole teaml at Guthmann for your help - You do great work!

The Guthmann team was incredible to work with. They helped us design, plan and build our new Kitchen. We appreciated how well they listened to our needs as well as respected the timeline we were working towards. They were always upfront and honest about the project. Our project manager was on top of making sure the project was on time, communicating changes, listening to all our questions and figuring out the answers. We truly love our kitchen and are so happy we decided to go with Guthmann. True professionals and true to their word throughout the engagement with them.

The kitchen in our 41 year house needed a complete remodel. Guthmann had done some other homes nearby so we contacted them and it was the best decision we could have made. These guys were complete pros. Thanks to Ricky for a great design, Bill for juggling all the moving parts, and especially Angie for always going the extra mile guiding us through all our selections. Selvin and his team replace wood siding on our home, replaced rotted trim and painted the house and gutters. They did an excellent job, our house looks the best it has in 10 years. We had them back out to update our deck and add an extension. Again they did great work and we are looking forward to spending time on our new deck!

Alvakanda Construction repaired my vinyl siding, that was damage due to my neighbor’s house catching on fire. Selvin and Julie are real professionals and very courteous. They were on time and even early every time they came out to my home. It was very difficult to match my color siding, but with their expertise in vinyl siding, they suggested that they could paint it, me not being very knowledgeable was not for it at first, but in the end painting was the route we had to take. I want to say I am very pleased at the outcome, it looks like the sidings natural color. I am so very thankful to Alvakanda Construction (Selvin & Julie).
