21 Roofing reshingled our entire roof after a tree fell through our master bedroom ceiling the morning Helene came through. They did an excellent job. They did their job in a very professional way. They let us know the day and time they would arrive and they were on schedule. They were protective of our property, worked diligently from start to finish, and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. The next day, Nicholas came by and sent his drone up to show me the entire roof from every angle, and made sure we were happy with the work they had done. Our roof is new again and we are very happy with all the work they did! I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs you may have!

Awesome job, quick and efficuncharged. The time that I noticed shingles in the yard to having the roof replaced was only about 3 weeks.

They worked with my insurance company and we replaced the entire roof in a single day. Cleaned up completely. No surprises or unexpected upcharges.

I simply cannot write enough wonderful things about the entire experience of roof and gutter replacement from start to finish. Richard came out and gave me an estimate and was so wonderful and clear with options and follow up and tweaking it as needed. I added rain chains instead of gutter Downspouts, annd wanted a gutter anttached to a rain barrel, and he easily accommodated this. He talked me through the options of shingles and warranties. And was very patient as I got two other estimates. I decided to go with 21 Roofing because they were priced very similar to the other two but they stood out and their customer service and responsiveness was unbeatable. Afterwards, the communication with Ronnie while scheduling the crew to come out and Taking extra care of the property was equally amazing. The crew themselves did high-quality work. Carefully photographed the roof and provided extra flashing when needed to ensure waterproofing. Replaced rotted fascia. Hopefully, I won’t need a roof for a long time, but I would definitely use 21 Roofing again!!

Colin Bramlett with 21 Roofing Group went above and beyond to ensure we received a full roof replacement. When I felt defeated and considered settling for a patch repair as suggested by Allstate, Colin continued to fight for what was right. After several months of persistence, two inspections, and countless emails and phone calls, Allstate ultimately did the right thing and approved a full roof replacement along with new gutters. I cannot thank Colin enough for his time, dedication, and hard work throughout this entire process. I love my new roof and gutters. Thank you, 21 Roofing Group!

The team at 21 Roofing were excellent. We have had a very slow leak between where our roof meets the chimney in our Sunroom. We asked several companies for estimates but went with 21 Roofing because of how they talked and interacted with us. Very professional. They let me ask my questions. We have been burned in the past (in fact we are in this situation because of a bad roofer). When it came time to do the work, they were on time and did what was promised. My wife and I were out of town on business and everything went to plan. I received text updates and had contact with the project manager the entire time. I would highly recommend them for your work. I had a roof leak into my attic and couldn't locate the problem. I called Chris Lamia at 21 Roofing. Within a day of my call, Chris stopped to see what the problem was. He used his drone and saw a damaged shingle. 21 Roofing came to fix the roof within 3 days. During the repair, they discovered my leak was due to a hole in the roof board which appears the builder just covered over. Jonathan, the site supervisor came to the house to oversee the work, explain to me (with pictures) what roof repair was going to be done and stayed until all the work was complete. That included my new wider gutters and downspouts. 21 Roofing is outstanding. I highly recommend them. They are easy to work with and are honest. From Chris stopping to evaluate the problem, to the crew being on time as scheduled, to having Jonathan on site to assure the job was done right and answer any questions I had, they were professional and provided high quality work. The sales staff was thorough and patient with their explanations of my options and in answering my questions. I was very impressed with the work crew. They worked tirelessly and efficiently in the removal and installation of our new roof. They were very professional and picked up every last nail and piece of debris. My roof looks great and my yard and surrounding area is perfectly clean.

21 Roofing Group checked out our roof and it did need repairs. Anthony and his crew did an excellent repair on our roof. There was some rotten wood and it was fixed. Before any additional things were addressed they spoke with me and explained it so I could understand. They were very kind and respectful. I highly recommend this group for any roofing problems you might have.

21 Roofing was professional from beginning to end, I was surprised because of my dealings with other roofing companies and their estimates.
From the very beginning, starting with the estimate, we were told there was no damage on our roof and we probably had 2 to 3 more years on it. The estimator spent about two hours on the roof with the drone and taking pictures and showed us everything. We ask him to go ahead and quote us, even if we were not going to do the work immediately. The bid was less than what we had received from other companies and we decided to go ahead and have it done this year. He gave us an estimate in October and we chose to schedule it for the week after Thanksgiving.
They arrived on Monday morning at 7 o’clock. We were given several days notice that they would be here at that time.They protected everything on the ground and once they were finished the company inspector came inspected everything make sure all of the materials were removed and that we were completely happy. Then we signed off on the job.
As a side bar, they do offer 15 month financing with no interest. Totally professional, every step of the way!

Colin was in the neighborhood speaking with a neighbor whose roof he was working on. When he saw me on the porch, he came over to introduced himself. He was very personable and made it clear he wasn’t trying to sell me anything—he just wanted to point out a few areas he could already see from the ground that might be a concern.

My neighbor had already told me how honest he was and what a great job he’d done, so I felt comfortable letting him do an assessment. Colin inspected the roof, came down, and showed me detailed photos of the areas of concern. He didn’t just show me the issues; he explained why they were problems and gave me a realistic expectation for the remaining life of my roof.

Because of the age of the roof, we decided to move forward with a replacement—not because he pressured us, but because he clearly demonstrated the issues and potential risks. I highly recommend reaching out to Colin and his team if you want trustworthy work and excellent communication.

Just had my new roof and gutters put on by 21CRoofing. They did an awesome job and I am a very satisfied customer. The sales team that walked me through, the roofing team, and the inspection afterwards were very thorough and professional. After completing the project they did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the debris, leaving my yard up, no debris left anywhere! Eliseo with 21 Roofing did a great job replacing a copper metal roofs over two bay window (back and front of house). He did this quickly (two days in back / one day in front) and cleaned the entire site thoroughly before leaving. Copper metal roofing fabrication is done on-site and is a learned craft one should leave only to the most-experienced, like Eliseo, which clearly shows in his workmanship. The entire process from start to finish was done very professionally. The representative who first came out to the house, Jesus, was knowledgable, friendly and patient answering all my questions. When I wanted more detail in the written proposal, there was no issues and he revised the proposal within 24 hours. This company didn't ask for any money up front which is always a red flag since successful, honest companies like 21 Roofing Group have the capital to fund the material. I requested proposals from 3 companies and 21 Roofing price was in-line with but, slightly less expensive than the next closest competitor. These copper roofs cost $3,600 each ($3,861 including tax).
