I had a difficult flat roof on sunroom that has leaked off and on after 2 new roofs done previously. 21 Roofing has done a wonderful job on new roof. Eric, Jonathon and entire crew has been great to work with. They were pleasant and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

I recently had 21 Roofing to replace my roof and rotten wood. From the onset the experience was exceptional . The sales rep Richard explained everything in detail concerning the work that needed to be done. And when Jonathan and his crew arrived to do the work it continued to be a professional and pleasurable experience. Their preparation and cleanup afterwards was impressive. And if their were any type of delays, I was constantly informed. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Ronnie, Jesus, and his crew did a great job getting the roof done quickly and professionally. Great at communicating and fast to take care of any issues that arose.

These guys did such a great job, Jesus and his team are amazing and kept the job site very clean, and very responsive during the job. The final product looks great too! 10/10 would book them again.

Chris and the entire team at 21 Roofing are great. Chris came over the same I day I reached out to request a quote for some roof repairs and siding replacement. I had already had another company turn down repair work and another company put a hard sell on me to get a new roof now. Chris did neither. He was thorough in his inspection and recommendations. They communicated with me leading up to the week they would be onsite. Completed the work exactly on the timeline they promised and the quality of the work is exceptional. We’ll need a new roof in a few years and 21 Roofing is the only company I’ll call.

Fairly minor roof repair, but Jesus and team were informative, kind, and extremely thorough. Pricing was fair and no pressure to over-purchase. Would call them back anytime for roofing needs, and highly recommend!

My fiancé was on fence about writing this review, but I was able to convince her it needed to be done. She even waited some time to let the experience blow over in her mind. But we decided it was best to put it out there so the company would know. She said she even called the office to discuss it with someone but after she was put on hold and no one came back to the phone after 20 minutes, she hung up. It was over two weeks ago when she was approached outside of her house by roofer who said his name was Colin. He told her he was on another job but couldn’t help but notice her. He said he wanted to talk to her about her roof. But instead, he started hitting on her while being abrasive, condescending, and making inappropriate comments. On top of his crude behavior, she said he smelled like weed. She said she felt so uneasy and intimidated by his behavior that she walked away and went back in her house. She felt so disturbed by him that she couldn’t believe what she had experienced. When she told me what happened we couldn’t believe it based on the glowing reviews the company had. If she had a roofing need, and she doesn’t which she told Colin, she would never recommend 21 Roofing to family or neighbors especially if their employees show up smelling like they just left a smoke out and they treated potential customers like Colin did.

21 Roofing Group just completed the installation of our new roof, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their crew is one of the hardest working teams I’ve seen in a long time. They delivered exactly what they promised—and then some. After finishing the job, they thoroughly cleaned up and even put everything back in place on our patio, including the string lights. If you’re considering a roof replacement, I highly recommend speaking with them before making a decision.

My roof began to leak during heavy rains recently. I called 21 roofing group and Erik came out to inspect and talk to me about wind and storm damage he discovered also was present when insurance adjuster came out He walked us through every step of the process from choosing new shingles to fixing water damage inside of our home. The entire team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and efficiency [even with cleanup] I have had bad experiences in the past dealing with contractors and Erik and his team went out of their way to put my mind at ease thank you Erik, Leslie, Ivy Christian, Johnathan, Mariel,Ronnie I will recommend you guys to anyone i know !

Amazing experience! Found 21 Roofing through Street Fair since they’d done other work in our subdivision to repair a leak. I received an almost immediate call back and Jesus was out in a few days to do the estimate. An appointment was set up about a week out. Jonathan came when scheduled, the job was completed same-day as promised and the cost estimate was exactly as discussed. The site was clean and no materials left over.

I had multiple bids. I settled because of a very honest inspection, evaluation of existing roof and insurance explanation. Crew worked very hard with respect to us and our property. Clean up was very thorough and the roof looks good.
