this guy Navid (owner) claimed himself to be experienced concrete guy, so I hired him to do the concrete floor, ending up getting a concrete floor not even levelled, which is the basic requirement for even floor. There is about 1 inch drop within 4 ft distance while generally accepted rule is 1/8" 10 ft. I tried to contact this guy again, never respond. So may end up going to court now.

They Did a great job! Made the house literally look brand new! Would hire again for other projects in the future. Thanks again Navid, for the hard word put in!

I used CMS Global which I found on Craiglists and Navid the Contractor gave me an estimate that was very decent, so I went with his services. I paid half upfront when construction started on tiling my bathroom shower, and then then the remainder after the job was complete. I thought everything was good till I started to install my my shower faucet handle and noticed a small leak, so I contacted Navid and even though the job was completed and I had paid if full, he did respond to my need and concerns 2 days later. He gladly came over and addressed my small leak on the plumbing performed by his staff. Al was resolved on a very professional lever with Navid and I am glad that he was an honest business and contractor that I could trust!

This company was so amazing. Navid did such a great job was patient and did not stop until the work was done heard all of our concerns and made sure that we were happy before he left. We would definitely work with him again and recommend any company to hire him

I cannot say enough how pleased we were with the new stamped concrete patio that was installed just in time to enjoy the summer weather. Navid was very professional in-person as well as when communicating via email and text. We were given 2 quotes upfront on completing the project. One for the more economical version and the other for the stamped concrete version that we chose and was still priced very well. The work looks great!!! and we have received a lot of feedback from friends and family on how nice the patio looks. I would recommend based on the quality of work, price and professionalism.

Navid and his company helped me to complete this project, while several other companies did not want to take on the job (330 square feet concrete slab for my home addition). Navid was very professional throughout the whole process and his communication was excellent. His relationship and contacts with concrete companies and concrete pump companies helped me a lot (and saved me money). I am very pleased with Navid’s advice, with the work of his crew and the final outcome.

Navid and his amazing team designed and created my dream patio from a very problematic sloped backyard in one day. I had multiple problems—septic lines, steep slope, no real plan for solving those issues and Navid designed a solution driven fabulous concrete patio with minimal slope for rain runoff and large enough for outdoor entertaining. They are so skillful and efficient, you will love, love, love them. I am so grateful that I can hardly contain my overwhelming joy.

Don't expect much from this company if you do not have an an insane amount of money. Once they found out we only had $130k they started giving us the run around and eventually stopped contacting us. We waited weeks for plans that would work in our budget but we never heard back from them. The owner actually told us we should put our money in the stock market to try and get more. Or that we should build the house addition ourselves. It doesn't get much more unprofessional that that. Save yourself and take your hard earned money elsewhere!
