VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The owner, Miguel, is a very experienced contractor. He came the day after I contacted him and gave a quote within hours. The quote was about 2/3 of other quotes I had received, and encompassed a larger scope of work with higher quality materials. He started the day after I accepted the quote. Every day he sent a text telling me when his workers were coming and what they would be doing. He checked in each step of the way to make sure I was happy. Special requests to not upset him. His workers clean up after themselves at the end of every day. The workmanship was of the highest quality including drywall and molding repair, insulation and painting.

Miguel and his team are top notch! We hired him to enclose a dining room space so we could transform it to a home office. He gave a reasonable quote and scheduled us quickly. When starting work, they took care to cover all floors and hang plastic barrier to prevent construction dust from getting all over the house. Miguel personally came to the site everyday to ensure the project was progressing properly. He was very detailed and professional in completing each step of the process. We had a snafu with the paint color (which was our fault), and he very quickly noticed and went immediately to get another gallon of paint in the correct color. The project completed a day sooner than expected and his team even mopped the floors before they left! Very impressed with Simon Drywall and would definitely recommend them!

We had a ceiling break and there was a big hole in the ceiling on Friday night. While most of the contractors do not open or willing to work at 7am on a Saturday morning, Miguel picked up my phone at 7:15am and was at the house to have a look by 9am. His men started working on the ceiling in the afternoon the same day and it was fixed within the next 6 hours! They did an incredible job with a decent price.

Simon Quality Construction just finished a basement renovation at my house, and they very much deserve this 5 star review.
I had a 25'x25' finished room in my basement that I wanted divided into 2 rooms with a closet. The work involved included framing walls, electrical work for outlets/switches/and lighting, drywall, painting, new ceiling tiles and modifying ceiling grid, and 2 new exterior doors and multiple new interior doors.
Miguel, the owner, came to my house to discuss the project and quickly gave me a very fair price to do the work. He was able to start the project quickly and his team worked almost every day, including weekends, to get the job done in 2 weeks. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Every morning Miquel would stop by so we could discuss what was being done that day, and I could provide input on how I wanted it done. The quality of the work was very good, and I am very happy with how everything turned out.
I very much recommend Simon Quality Construction to anyone who needs work done around their home.

Highly recommend Miguel and his team! We've had a some bad experiences with some local contractors so it's great to find a good one! Miguel's team were efficient, kept the area clean, easy to work with and completed the job fast. Once they completed fixing and painting our drywall, we ended up asking them to to do a few other additional projects in our kitchen (removing popcorn on the ceiling and installing a tile threshold). We are very happy and will definitely be calling them again!

Had a leak in my bathroom and living room so I called about getting a repair. Mr. Simon showed up the same day to look at the damage and 8am the next morning had workers here to start the job. They identified the issue as a cracked pipe, repaired the pipe, ensured everything was dry and no mold then had the drywall fixed and repainted all in under 3 days. Thank you for the excellent work, like the leak was never there.

Simon Construction finished my Garage…30x20, 10 foot Ceiling. I originally thought I would do myself. I contacted Simon and with a few days we struck an agreement, and he was working on Monday…in 4 days they sheet rocked, spackled, sanded, primed, and painted the walls, ceiling, and trim…three different paints. Very good job but the stand out item was the speed and great crew. They moved all of my garage clutter around and protected it. This would have taken me months…yeah months. We will work again. Super impressed.
