Everything was fixed, painted and done in less than 24 hours. Incredibly good prices as well! Simon Quality Construction is definitely my new go to company for any needs.

I am more than happy to write a review for Miguel and his team of employees. We contacted Miguel to quote us for the removal of a kitchen wall and quickly saw his professionalism, expertise and work ethic.
It was the best decision ever to have him quote us for the full home renovation that was originally intended to be sub contracted out to various trades. Miguel took the project on and made our home look updated and timeless. We removed carpeting, refinished existing 1960’s hardwood, laid new hardwood to match the existing, where there was tile previously. Miguel stained it all on site. It is gorgeous!! It was no easy feat, there were issues along the way (the wooden stairs needed replacing) but Miguel just pivoted and got it all done! He replaced the basement wall to wall carpet, all interior doors, even did our interlock! The list goes on but the result is beautiful! It should be noted that we never had to wait for Miguel and his crew to show up. Once they accepted the job, they arrived on time, they came with energy, a smile and worked so hard!

We found Simon Drywall LLC on Google and read all the positive reviews and decided to give them a call. We had a leak on the roof from rain storms and it was creating some brown residue on the ceiling so we had to get that repaired. Miguel understood our concerns and provided feedback on what he would do to make it better. We also discussed the removal of popcorn ceiling and painting the walls a new color. We also discussed the damaged wood on the window sill and they did such a great job fixing that part. We also asked him to help repair the rotten wood by the chimney outside and alongside our porch light. His team did such a wonderful job fixing the damage and made it looked brand new again. We are very pleased and happy with the results. We will definitely come back and hire them for future projects and repairs.

From hard wood floors, drywall, moving furniture….and more …in literally 3 days
they moved my furniture and started demolishing my kitchen cabinets…pulled up old carpet …sanded my wood floors and are now laying new wood on old flooring….I have never seen any company work so tirelessly and with so much knowledge….they-do it all!

Miguel, owner of Simon Quality Construction, added a screened in porch for my neighbor.His team also took out a wall and other quality construction work there. Her home and her screened in deck look simply beautiful. She passed his contact info. along to me. His company repeated the quality work, replacing wood and prepping my home for paintwork. They took the time to match my color and remove aluminum steel (erected to stop woodpeckers) from around two windows. My home looks amazing! Their team also helped me out by replacing a ceiling fan, upgrading faucets in my bathroom and repairing drawers in the kitchen that were no longer functional. I can’t say enough about Simon quality Construction. When it comes to remodeling this is a company you can rely on for quality work with reasonable pricing!

We are a new small business to Charlotte. We needed an excellent contractor to help buildout 3000 additional square feet to an older (71 years) 7000 sq ft building
We were referred by our lawyers (Milazzo Webb Law) and our bank (NewDominion) to Danforth Construction. It was a new type of project using an old warehouse to establish an area for an art gallery, kitchen, small event space, storage and packing, finishing area, hot glass studio, sandblasting, polishing, public viewing, etc.

Working hand-in-glove with the architect (Smith Harris Design Associates) and the city approving processes, Danforth was able to build a state of the art, first of its kind (in Charlotte), hot glass studio and art gallery
The project was a challenge for the City, the architect, us and for Danforth, and to complicate matters, we were living in New Jersey and were not on site for the construction. Discussions and meetings with the various stakeholders were common. Danforth kept us informed every step of the way. The Danforth team made it all work --- The final product is quite exquisite. We are very proud of the result.
