Rome wasn't built in a day, but Guthmann built our Rome in a little under four months as promised, all while we were 800 miles away. And it turned out beautifully. As first-time homeowners and renovators, we were intimidated to commit to our project. But from start to finish—design, selections, construction—we were extremely impressed with Guthmann's process and immediately knew we were in good hands. The quality of craftsmanship is fantastic, but so is the service level, professionalism, and attention to detail. HIGHLY recommend, and we know who to turn to in the future.

This is the fourth remodeling we have down with Guthmann and I just want you to know, that I have nothing but praise for this company! So many friends have complaints about how the job was handled, or what was not done well, or that it was not done on time. Not so with Guthmann. On the back of their work shirts it say, "Built on the Rock of Jesus Christ". That is not just a saying for them, as they work with integrity and honesty, and are always polite and respectful of being in someone else's home. The timeline seemed long, but with each project, I understand more about the intricacies of coordinating subs and appreciated their realistic scheduling. Remodeling is a mess to do and a mess to live through, but Guthmann made it as easy as it can possibly be. They clean up each afternoon and kept me informed of scheduling. Thanks to the whole teaml at Guthmann for your help - You do great work!

The Guthmann team was incredible to work with. They helped us design, plan and build our new Kitchen. We appreciated how well they listened to our needs as well as respected the timeline we were working towards. They were always upfront and honest about the project. Our project manager was on top of making sure the project was on time, communicating changes, listening to all our questions and figuring out the answers. We truly love our kitchen and are so happy we decided to go with Guthmann. True professionals and true to their word throughout the engagement with them.

The kitchen in our 41 year house needed a complete remodel. Guthmann had done some other homes nearby so we contacted them and it was the best decision we could have made. These guys were complete pros. Thanks to Ricky for a great design, Bill for juggling all the moving parts, and especially Angie for always going the extra mile guiding us through all our selections. Any issues that arose were resolved promptly. We love our beautiful new kitchen and highly recommend Guthmann Construction.

I have 1st choice performing renovations at our community and CP oversees the project. CP is always on top of things and he is very communicative! The results are always 100% and he keeps us on our toes! We appreciate you guys!

Worked with them on a Pool renovation a couple of years ago. Jason Rowe, Earl Brown, and Jeffrey Armento were all very accessible, professional, and were easy to work with on the project. I would highly recommend them as they managed the project well from start to finish. Everyone was happy when the major renovation was complete!!

I appreciate the work done Francisco and his boys. Once they came for job, they didn’t leave incomplete job. Their price was most reasonable for the drywall installation, mudding and painting. I have see these guys working in very cold weather in my garage without any complaints. These are professional and are open for feedback. I would definitely recommend them.
