Pretty much most of the pictures tells it all. If you're a dry van, you wait at the prescribed location until someone comes to get you. It's very tight to be doing a blind side, My recommendation is that before you maneuver towards the dock area, turn around at the sign and back down. You will be facing the back side of the sign, see picture!! As you roll forward, turn around in that area if possible.

Arrived 30 minutes early for a 9am appointment. Had to wait quite a while for someone to assign a dock. Once docked, we sat for over an hour before unloading even started. Drivers are not allowed inside the building, so there was no way to get any updates. The actual unloading took only about 20 minutes, but the delay caused us to be 15 minutes late to our next drop.

Long waiting for flatbeds,Avoid this place,been here since 1pm and it’s almost 4pm just sitting,I have atleast 4 trucks ahead of me.
It’s now 7pm and still waiting for paper work
Literally 6 hours and I still don’t know how much longer.

All review's about long waiting for loading are correct. Loading crew doesn't speak English and no one taking responsibility in the shipping office for the process and providing correct paperwork's. Lady at the guard house under impression that everyone own her that she is exist and even earth need to say "Thank you" to her that she is walking on it ....

I picked up a load yesterday, there was huge line up. It Almost took 3 hours to PU load.
When I left the line up was even longer.

Shipping open at 6.45am
Receiving open at 5.45am

Have patience
Rest, they will give you proper instructions how to secure load.

Been here for days trying to pick up a load I lost all weekend and there not even trying to speed up the process there worker told me lies and left I lost all day I’ve done plenty of loads even for this company and never have I lost so much money and time in my life . I lost 4days in total and it’s looking 5 if they don’t load me in 3hrs . There putting trucking company’s out of business like this ..

Pam drivers...just go to the security booth to register for loading or unloading, the guard comes out to check around the unit and seals, he lets you in and you move forward in the left lane And you stop next to the left sign and traffic light post, the forklift driver will come for you and give you instructions on where to park for loading or unloading. Drive carefully.😉

Make sure if you pick up more than 2 individual units you have individual tarp per unit. 4 units 4 tarps. They load pretty well and quick, only problem I was never told that until I finished, strapped and chained up the load, so had to redo 8 chains to get individual tarps on each unit. You are allowed to walk on trailer unlike the instructions, depending on the load. Every individual drivers are different set of instructions. One driver thought I was skipping the line and got his panties twisted with profanity when I clearly needed to pass them and go to a whole completely different building. Extra workout day, plus a deserved extra mental health day spa. Now, if they pay $5/mile would take another load again. Go truck yourself driver and myob )

Had an issue with my AC and contacted them. They came in on the 07/14 to fix it. Turned my air off due to travel for a week on 07/15. Came back on 07/23 and turned on my Air and it’s not working. I barely used my air when it was fixed so what’s going on

Very easy to work with and they did a great job. We had Ductz replace our dryer vent, repair a disconnected trunk line, and clean/coat our ductwork. The guys were a pleasure to work with and very respectful. The fee was even less than the quote because I didn’t need all lines coated. They could have done it and made a little extra money and I would have never been the wiser. That’s what working with an honest company is like. I will absolutely be using Ductz again and would high recommend them.
