Waiting forever. Wait in line, wait for breaks, wait for getting pictures on load, wait for paperwork. 6+ hours on regular load((

Just 6 pallets took 1.5hrs to unload. And it was a hot load lol

Slow unload, i had unstrapped and untarpped folded 3 tarps stowed 18 straps stowed 3 tarps secured my dunnage before they were half way done

I was picking up a load here and they did it pretty fast. No overnight parking.

Derric was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Had an attitude with me during our whole interaction. Will be contacting corporate about this extremely rude and nasty worker.

Worst company to pickup for. 4 hours for just 1 pallet. Beware truckers

Security lady dont know where to send the truck send me to the wrong location and then told you need to wait in line when there well already four truck ahead me and waiting for 3 hours and still no one come

A fast unload but don't expect any help from the lazy security definitely would not want them representing my Company to the public

Was told to deliver straight through 5 hours in 30 minute drive after loading up 1 pallet at 6:00pm est I arrived a 12:00am in had to wait till 6:00am an still took till 7:00am basically just a waste of clock time

Nice set up. Pulled in.....directed to the 3rd stop sign.........waited for like 2 minutes........directed to pull around, got loaded quickly.........pulled around and parked..........got my paperwork........and I was rollin again! Easy peasy! 😉
