Needed some help with clogged pipes throughout my house. Needed someone to come quickly and fix the issue. Called for a plumber and I was scheduled with a plumber sent to my house the same day. Jason Kissling not only fixed the pipes, he was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Made me feel so much better in a stressful situation. He even showed me the problem on a camera! Great customer service and highly recommended.

Dave S gave me peace of mind. He was extremely thorough, gave me option, with zero pressure. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Also, Ontime did amazing hooking up and making sure my water heater was up to code

Above and beyond fantastic service with reasonable pricing. I texted William the Sunday night before Memorial Day with a message that my AC unit was leaking and I also needed a new thermostat installed. I expected a response back later that week and a scheduled meeting to occur the following week. I received a text back within 10 minutes and he said he could meet me next day (Memorial Day)! He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the AC leak and set up my new thermostat within 2 hours. On top of that, the pricing was less than what another company would have charged. Highly recommended!

Today mr. William came to my home to check my AC unit and when I tell you he did not only a great job but a thorough job of replacing my thermostat rewiring my AC unit and making sure to explain everything he did. I was truly grateful he came out on a Saturday so fast and now my house is nice and cool
