Would give zero if possible, horrible customer support, and poor attitude. Have been simply trying to get receipts for HVAC purchase from the distributor and was told they do not have it. Have also been trying to get warranty information and again being told they do not have it.

Still waiting for them to call me back. Really need to fix their phone mailbox service and just pay for the assistance to make sure human to human contact happens. Simple things.

Painfully slow to unload, there’s a bunch of people here that seem like they need to pretend like they are doing something but in reality there’s nothing going on.

Adrian and Manuel come out today to service my unit and were very professional and did a great job on getting my unit up and running agian and answered all my questions .

John was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual with service. Gave great recommendations and respected our home space. Would easily recommend.

I called Romanov to see what it would cost to simply come to my home and do some maintenance. They informed me they ONLY service homes they have under their warranty that they have installed via new construction. Clearly not what their website says so please be aware of this before you waste your time as well.

My house was build in 2016, romanoff install the unit. Since it was just me and my wife, we hardly used any other room, recently when we were getting ready to setup a room for our son, we noticed that room was not heating or cooling like any other room in the house. Who would've thought room aren't balanced to be used for everyday use. When I called Romanoff to get that issue fixed they wanted to charge me instead of fixing the issue.

Truck 749 shouldn’t be aggressively tailgating in the right lane of providence road through MP. A 35 mph zone with two lanes, accessible to pass if needed. I wouldn’t plaster your business name on your trucks if you allow reckless idiots behind the wheel!

Romanoff is a fantastic company. Michelle (Service Coordinator) is amazing! They are quick, professional, and courteous. I'd highly recommend Romanoff for any HVAC needs.
