Mori and his friend did the dryer vent cleaning. They showed me before and after pictures and it was good. I was told all cleaning of the lint would be done but all lint was left on the ground hence the 4/5 stars.

I just had Mike and Mike (technicians) service my fireplace. They were very polite and professional. They kept me updated throughout the job. I highly recommend using them.

Communication wasn’t quite as good as I’d like, but I don’t think that was our technicians fault necessarily. He did great work and stayed into the evening to finish up. Very polite and professional. I would absolutely use them again.

Updated:they contacted me promptly to apologize for not informing that i had mold and i needed remediation. Well,that explains the price so technician forgot to add the explanation when he was in my home. Thanks you for contacting and trying to make things better. We still not sure if i had or have mold until we test and send to lab samples, but i was told that by experience of the technician i may have mold.

Disappointed i couldn’t afford the full service:
It was way too pricey to the point we only could afford to do the basic intake and coils cleaning.
-First we were asked about 3,500.00 then the technician dropped the price to 1800.00 and then when I told him it was beyond my budget, the only option was to pay 600.00 for the basic cleaning 2 intake and the coils. We were told that it was pricy because it has not been cleaned in years.
Over the phone I was told the max charge was going to be 400-600$ when it has not been cleaned since 2006 for all the 6/8 vents and intake and coils.
I see a lot of good reviews but I don’t know how much is the charge for the people that had great reviews.
I was disappointed i couldn’t afford the full cleaning.
Yes like other people said the van didn’t have a sign of the business but the technician had his shirt with the logo of the business.
Service was ok just disappointing to the expensive that can get and since over the phone they have me the impression that price was different.
