I called them last min and they were there within a couple of days and told me what needed to be done and scheduled for next week. I was very pleasantly surprised with how down to earth the workers were and how helpful they were.

We have used DUCTZ for several years now. They always do a great job for us, whether it’s just cleaning our dryer vent, or the whole house. We highly recommend them!

John did a great job cleaning the dryer duct as requested and he also checked another duct and confirmed there were no birds present due to the open duct ends. He attached some duct covers that the previous owner had left off. This was beyond the call, and overall a great job!

The guys were so kind and very knowledgeable. They showed me before and afters of their work in my home. They also walked me through the whole process. If I had any questions they happily answered. The guys left my home as clean as they found it. I appreciated all of their hard work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

These guys did a great job removing deceased birds from my bathroom vent. I first had an HVAC company over to fix the issue but they were not able to remove the birds. They recommended I call Ductz. The guy from Ductz was great and got the birds removed quickly. What a relief!

My experience with Ductz Of Uptown Charlotte & Lake Norman was excellent... The technician arrived very promptly, and had my dryer vent pipe as clean as a whistle in very little time - and didn't even have to pull the dryer out from the wall and go in from that end; he simply went in from the vent outside. There wasn't as much lint built up in there as I was afraid there would be, but it's good to know that it's completely clean now-no fire hazard!

Andy and his team were excellent. They were transparent about what the issue was, explained the plan to address it, and what the cost would be. They came on time and were polite, professional and most of all - clean. Highly recommend them to anyone.

They did excellent work on our vents and were much more reasonably priced. They missed one vent in a odd spot and came back out immediately to fix it with lots of apologies. Andrew, the owner, seems like a solid guy and was very responsive to everything .

Ductz is a great company to work with. Andrew has given me guidance with different home air quality issues over the years. They treat their clients like they would a family member. I will use Ductz for any air duct cleaning needs. I wish I could say equally nice things about Dry Otter Waterproofing, but I can only warn caution working with Dry Otter Waterproofing.

They did an amazing job! The tech was very thorough and explained every step. He was a trooper! He was covered in the remains of a bird/squirrel nest but did not even pause. They were prompt with my appointment and were in and out quickly, cleaning up the yard before he left! I will be using them again.

Had such a great experience with Andrew and Ductz. I’ve had them do 2 separate projects at my house and in both cases they were professional, did great work, were prompt and also fair with the pricing. They repaired a damaged duct in my crawlspace and then I had them return to clean my dryer vent. I highly recommend DUCTZ. Great experience working with them.
