Ben Curtis was wonderful! He showed up at our house early and asked if we had any trouble spots. He took the time to throughly spray our yard. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Mosquitos have been ruthless this year compared to last year. I've used them before years ago and it works. So I decided to use them again this year. You can advise and direct them where the Hotspot are and they are sure to take care of it. I've gotten a few stragglers of mosquitos near the end of each treatment but nothing like swarms of them before treatment started. I use the peppermint treatment because of the garden and animals and have had no issues. Overall way better than fighting for your life in order to enjoy outside.

We recently switched to Mosquito Squad Charlotte and couldn't be happier. Ben, our technician, was prompt and professional. Additionally, the management's communication is top-notch, and their friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, Mosquito Squad Charlotte has exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ve been very happy with mosquito squad this summer! Their technicians have all been very thorough with their sprays, they answer their phones quick and are always able to come back out for a respray if we need. We will use them again next year!

We have used several other mosquito spray companies but we have had the best results by far with Mosquito Squad. Our technician, Demeco, is professional and takes his time while he is spraying. Any time we have had a small issue they respond quickly and take care of it. Highly recommend

Great experience with Mosquito Squad. Their new management team was great to work with and quick to respond/ perform services at the house. One of the few companies that I can depend on to show up regularly for scheduled appointments.

We’ve had a great experience switching to Mosquito Squad. We live in a buggy area and they’ve been very responsive and helpful on any re-treatments we’ve needed. At our last company, our concerns were very relayed to the service team. Not here! Matthew and team are wonderful - particularly Trent in operations and our favorite service technician, Stanley.

Alberto was Thorough and treated my yard completely. ! We have been customers for over 7 years and when the mosquitos are really bad this Squad will come back out and retreat. They are the best! We would recommend Mosquito Squad to all! Especially this year with all the rain.

Stanley was great! He came to the door and asked if we needed anything specific. We had some workmen in the backyard and he worked around them. We are so appreciative! He was super professional and sprayed those suckers down!

Manny and Michelle with Mosquito Squad were a wonderful team today! I was away from home when I got the notice that my tech was on the way. (We had had to skip our regular appointment because it was so rainy last week and the tiny, annoying vampires had really made a comeback in a few areas of our front and back yard.) I texted Michelle what was going on and she relayed the details to Manny. I got home just before Manny began and to say he took extra care with those problem areas as well as the rest of the yard would be a huge understatement! Thanks again, Manny and Michelle! 😃

Specifically asked for the technician not to put a notice on the door handle indicating service was performed. Couldn’t have been more clear about this as I’m often out of town and don’t wish to advertise when I am. I was assured this wouldn’t happen. Tech came on Monday and I was out of town until Saturday, so the notice was on the door handle the entire week.

UPDATE: The business owner personally reached out multiple times to apologize and take responsibility, which is a rarity these days. The house was serviced again today, and this time no notice was left on the door.

Kerry did an awesome job for our first mosquito barrier treatment, although I didn’t catch him before he started (was busy with dishes). Unfortunately, with all this rain in Charlotte, I have had to reach out for two retreatments. Michelle with Mosquito Squad has been quick to respond when I reach out via email. The company and technicians have been very accomodating with my questions and requests.
This morning (6/11), Stanley came out first thing and was absolutely exceptional, in customer service, as well as treatment! I requested that he focus below our back
deck. He said he would, and he took very good care of that location, as well as other areas around the deck and going back towards the front porch, as well! I am very pleased with this retreatment that he provided. Thank you, Stanley! He also reminded me of the referral program for next season, which I look forward to sharing with our neighbors!
