Mosquito Squad has truly transformed how we enjoy our yard. Our kids and pets love being outside now, and we’re finally able to relax without constantly swatting bugs. The results were noticeable after just one treatment, and the service has been consistently great ever since.

Manny with Mosquito Squad came by this week. He checked with us prior to treatment to see if we had any particular concerns, which we appreciated. He applied the treatment thoroughly using an all-natural essential oil mix. In spite of the very hot and rainy summer we are having, it has still cut back tremendously on the mosquitos. We can actually spend time outside this summer and don't have a swarm of mosquitoes at the doors trying to get inside. This was this case before we signed up with Mosquito Squad. Thanks, Manny!

We would like to spotlight what a great job David did providing our monthly service today. He was courteous and very thorough. We believe he treated our property more thoroughly than any technician we have had in the past. We are able to enjoy our outdoors without mosquitoes in the spring and summer. Been a customer for two years now and the customer service is top notch. The technicians always ask about where problem areas are in our yard and are so nice. If we ever need a retreat the front office is very communicative - they are so speedy and happy to come out within the next day or two. Well run company!

Technician Stephanie Freeman took excellent care of my pest problem today, and I am so grateful. I got stung 6 times by yellow jackets this past Saturday while trimming bushes out front. Such searing pain for such a long time...wow!!! I called Rentokil first thing this morning, and set up a visit for Wed morning. However, Stephanie didn't want me waiting 2 days, so she called late this afternoon on her way home to try to help today. In my mind, that's wonderful dedication to Rentokil Bug Out and her customers!!! She quickly assessed the likely location of the nest and then went to work! She even took a picture for me...a big colony underground...nearly 3 times the average size. I could have been hurt far worse than those 6 painful stings. Now, though, I feel confident the colony as been exterminated. And, if that wasn't enough, she noticed some active ant hills and knocked those out too. Stephanie gave me her number to call if more help is needed, and she even shared treatment ideas to help reduce pain. Count me completely grateful and relieved!

Big-out is a great Company if you’re having any exterior problems with bugs or rodents quick response, Carson our bug out guy is always great. He communicates with us very well. Updates us on any changes and lets us know what we could do to correct our mistakes to resolve the issues. We here at Panera Bread Appreciate him!!

Love Ehrlich Pest Control services. We have been Ehrlich customer for 8 years. We have always been very pleased with the level of customer service and attention to detail. We are on the quarterly maintenance program. Also, on the termite program and Mosquito Control program.

The inspection was very thorough and the salesman, Mitchell, was very knowledgeable about pest/bug control. He made sure to warn me of any possible pests that I could encounter given where my property is located. he was very prepared and genuinely seemed to care about my property's wellbeing and not just trying to sell me something I don't actually need. Mitchell also made sure to walk me through the inspection and gave a detailed step by step of what he was looking for. Highly recommend.

Stephanie Freeman as always did a Great job on our quarterly service. She is always thorough and explains everything she does. She is always courteous and polite.

Mike Rogers was personable, extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and went over and above to rectify my rodent (mice) problem. His attentiveness and thoughtfulness
(even assuring our dog would be protected) was very reassuring.

Our service person has been the same for years in spite of the constant change in ownership. Klint does a good job and is very personable.
My complaints have to do with the company not Klint.
I would appreciate at least a weeks notice before each service date…not the day before.
I also feel like every time the company changes ownership the cost of the service goes up.
The five stars are for Klint and his service.

Andy did an awesome job. He always comes on time and do my home service on regular basis. He is super nice with his job. I am very pleased with his service.

I’ve had a few different techs come out, and across the board they’ve been fantastic. They explain what they’re doing and why, and have always been prompt to respond to any needs or concerns. Special shout to Carson, he’s been absolutely incredible.
