Both John #63 and TJ #50 or 60 were knowledgeable, polite, and attentive to keeping my house clean. I felt comfortable having them in my house. Of course, I am always satisfied with the job done by Rapid-Rooter Plumbing Service. Today with these guys was no different. Thank you.

Rapid Rooter plumbing are true to their name. They were prompt in addressing our concerns and rapid in fixing problem with a blockage In a pipe at our home. Our plumber, John Bird was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond. He fixed the issue promptly and provided honest advice about how to prevent future problems going forward. I would highly recommend this business.

I had a clogged main sewage and had called another plumber. They were unable to clear the line and gave me a huge quote to fix the issue.

I then called Rapid-Rooter and John Bird arrived on time and was able to clear the clog, located the issues, and even found my second clean-out access that had I had seen since my house was built 12 years ago.

John was friendly, fast, thorough, and professional.

We called Rapid-Rooter because we had used them for eight years and always were completely satisfied with their work and their professionalism and we were not disappointed this time either. This call was for a leak under a stationery tub and a leak in a pipe behind our heater in our crawlspace. Chris Jones came out on time and did a courteous, professional and efficient job of identifying where the problems originated and what needed to be done. Chris then installed a new faucet for us on the tub and provided an estimate for the needed repairs to the piping from the sink to the main drain. Courteous, Professional, on-time and competent, what more could we ask.

This is the second time I have used Rapid Rooter. John Bird came both times and was very prompt in arriving and had the kitchen drains on two different houses unclogged in no time. I thought their price was reasonable for having to go on the roof and unclog via the roof vent. Used the coupon and saved even more. Will use Rapid rooter on my next plumbing event.

John Bird was my technician, and was very professional and listened to my concerns. I was having water issues from a clogged main drain, and John went right to the source of the problems and showed me the issues, which in fact was roots growing into the drain. I was unable to have any water running inside the house, so I appreciated the rapid response. I called about 1pm on a Friday and John was at my house by 3pm. He cleaned out the drain and was done within an hour. Very satisfied with the company and with John, I will use them again if I ever need plumbing service.

WOW! Instant response and an excellent job preformed. Value $$ Our repair tech, John Bird, was very professional and let me know what needed to be done. Having had this repair made in the past I was very happy with the VALUE saved over the big named service providers. We will use them for the correction John suggested when we are ready.

When I called, they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day. Both the office and our technician were nice and easy to work with. Chris was kind and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our water leak issue right on the spot.

Chris Jones replaced our kitchen faucet today. He was a very pleasant professional. From setting up the appointment in which they worked with my schedule to the actual install everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend this company!

Chris, our tech, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an efficient worker. He was on time and diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes, explained what needed to be done and provided competitive pricing. The work included cutting the toilet drain pipe, removing the toilet to pull out the pipe, install new pipe and flange, and reinstall the toilet. He completed his work without any problems. The toilet now sits directly on the wood floor. Prior to the repairs, it was shimmed up at least 3/8 inches off the floor due to the flange height. We are very pleased with the repairs. John Bird #63 was my technician. He was punctual, polite and cleared up my problem of clogged toilets quickly and without a mess. He listened to my concerns and explained things in an understandable way.
Cost was reasonable.
Office personnel were polite and scheduled the service to meet my needs.

Larry did a great job clearing our washing machine drain. He used a mask and gloves for covid precautions. Larry was very polite, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. I have used Rapid-Rooter many times. They are great with communicating service expectations and appointment arrival. They are always my first call for my plumbing needs.

Larry and John came out and helped me through a very complex installation of a free standing tub. They explained the step by step process and were extremely responsive and professional. Separately, Larry also came out separately and explained how my lift-pump works and how we can address relocating it, which was very helpful to us. Because of our great experience, we are now loyal clients and will recommend their team to anyone else with plumbing needs.

Michael took the time to FaceTime me to help with a weird smell we encountered during a renovation. He solved the issue quickly and without service fee. He saved us so much time and money. Thank you, Michael!

We had a drain blockage in an upstairs bathroom sink and heard a gurgling noise in the tub each time the adjacent toilet was flushed. Another plumber had run a cleaning line through the tub drain and then a line through our vent stack, thinking that would solve the problem, but he had no ideas when it didn't. Chris Jones of Rapid-Rooter correctly diagnosed this issue as a blockage in the pipe between the sink and the toilet. He explained the problem, fixed it and cleaned up, all in less than 90 minutes. He was friendly and professional, and we have now found a new plumber we plan to stick with. I have no idea whether the price ($282 with a coupon) is competitive for such a service, but it seemed reasonable to my wife and me.

Having kitchen construction done, and needed the garbage disposal and piping removed from the sink same day.... T.J Kiker was my technician, and he responded quickly and professionally. Very happy with his service-- and will have T.J. come back to re-install everything when the construction is done. Thanks!

*UPDATE-- Had TJ return after the kitchen construction was finished-- Not only did he hook the sink and garbage disposal back up, but helped us troubleshoot a leak, updated all three toilets with new flapper and handles (upon our request) and was able to also provide information regarding a company that could help us clean up the water damage from the leak. TJ was very helpful, friendly, on time, and very professional. We are very satisfied!

Second time using Rapid Rooter and they were great. Professional, friendly, reasonable prices, quick response time and you can trust them to fix the problem. Both times we had TJ as our technician and he did a wonderful job. Took his time to source out the problem, kept me informed and fixed our issues. We will always use Rapid Rooter when we have a issue.
