DJ and Davin were the technicians who serviced my septic issue. Very polite, informative and hard working guys. They were extremely helpful in explaining to me how to take care of my septic system. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will use this company every time I need them. Thank you Rapid Rooter. And thanks to Davin and DJ for the awesome job they did.

These guys made my elderly grandmother a top priority. They were efficient, kind & knowledgeable. Even though they had more work than originally thought, they were quick & extremely helpful. They will get all of our family business for now on!

Very happy with rapid Rooter. Dj came and was nice and professional. He explain everything so I could understand and gave me all our options.

I had limited time before the holidays so I called Rapid Rooter to fix a drain issue in one of my rentals. Their dispatcher was nice and responsive and provided a reasonable time slot. The technician called me at the time slot. I had quickly inspected the drain issue a day before and instructed the technician where the problem was. I told him it was the main drain line just past the bathtub, sink, and toilet. He told me all three lines were clogged and it would cost $400 to clear them. I said thanks but no thanks because I knew it was just the main line. In the limited time I had before vacation I drove to the house and ran my drain snake down just 1 drain pipe and instantly all 3 lines drained which shows it was just the main line. The 1 star review is because of an incorrect diagnosis that seems like it was intentional to charge me for unnecessary work. Unfortunately it still cost me $49 for the visit.

Drove 45 min to the property to meet with them.
No show and after calling to see where they were. Woman on the phone said it will be minimum of 2 hours before they get to me.
What in the world?
I guess appointment doesn’t mean a thing.
So disrespectful with someone’s time in such busy world we live in.

Crooks! Will tell u $399 over the phone then when they get to ur home and they know u r in a bind, will lie to you (and we know its a lie because we had a REPUTABLE COMPANY come out afterwards) will try to charge $1000 to $1500 and tell you all kinds of lies to get you to pay the outrageous amount!! I wouldn’t be surprised if the techs are keeping the extra money for their own pockets. I called the lady back and told her. She promised to talk to the techs and return my call but I never heard from them again. Lentz came and took good care of us for the PROMISED price and we will always use them in the future!!

This man's customer service is terrible, the service was never done and he insulted my father during his performance of the service. When we went to complain and do it cordially, we were hung up on multiple times. We attempted another complaint and were insulted, called "smart enough to work at mcdonalds," along with many other insults. DO NOT BRING BUSINESS TO THIS FRAUD!!!!! Check the other 0 star reviews before you EVER call this man to come out to your home. He is a disgrace to integral business owners in America. This man did not provide an invoice, proof of service, nothing at all.

We had a terrible experience with this septic tank company. From the beginning, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Communication was poor, and they treated us with a complete lack of respect.

To make matters worse, they initially quoted us $300 for the service, but once the work was done they suddenly increased the price without a clear explanation. This felt very dishonest and unprofessional.

Even more concerning were comments and behavior from the staff that came across as discriminatory and racist, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable and upsetting.

On top of that, they did not provide any documentation of the work performed — not even a receipt. For a service like this, basic paperwork and transparency should be standard.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the rude behavior, price change, lack of documentation, and unacceptable comments, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
