Rapid Rooter consistently provides excellent customer service! TJ was professional, courteous and meticulous! He fixed the clogged main drain and left everything spotless! I have used this company for many years and they never disappoint! I highly recommend Rapid Rooter!

John Bird # 63 did a great job with fixing my leaky toilet over the Memorial day weekend. He came out within an hour of my call, was polite, and cleaned up the mess in the bathroom, he even asked if he could use my vacuum! He explained the problem in detail and the cost so there wouldn't be any surprises when he was finished. Highly recommend Rapid-Rooter and John.

Larry and John did a fantastic job replacing our main water line. Larry was very professional, notifying us of each step they were preparing to start so that we knew when the water was on and off and how long it would remain that way. John tried his very best to save us money. They both apologized for taking out our landscaping but unfortunately there was no way around it. Reasonable pricing and great service, would highly recommend to any of my neighbors or friends.

John Bird was absolutely wonderful! I know nothing about our plumbing system and he was very helpful in explaining what was going on and how to fix it in the future. He definitely went above and beyond. Not to mention we are getting married this week so it was a huge relief to have someone help us!

We needed to have our buried corrugated drains from our downspouts cleared and we contacted Rapid-Rooter because our regular plumber recommended them. I spoke with them several times on the phone to discuss our issue and I really felt like they cared about providing the right solution. TJ and John were our service technicians. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and quickly assessed how to address our slow/blocked drains. They completed the work within an hour and we now have free-flowing downspout drains!! Thank you to the entire Rapid-Rooter Team! We highly recommend them.

Came the same day we called. Technician was given the wrong address, but was very friendly and personable as he worked to get to the right address. Quick repair of clogged shower drain. TJ did a great job letting me know when he would arrive and he arrived on time. I would definitely recommend him.

I am so Thankful for Rapid-Rooter Plumbing today. I had a major plumbing issue this morning and Rapid-Rooter sent John Bird to my home within 30 mins. from the time I called. John accessed the problem and got working on it immediately. He was very informative and keep me up to date on everything he was repairing. Great Job John! Had a clogged disposal and drain pipe in kitchen sink. Called Rapid-Rooter on Saturday and they were out to my house in a flash! Our service technician, John Bird #63, resolved the problem in less than an hour. He explained why we had a problem and what he did to fix it. He provided great customer service. And, the price was not bad for an emergency weekend call. Thanks for everything!

I am a property manager in Charlotte and found myself in need of a good plumber. From the beginning of my experience with Rapid Rooter I was very impressed!! I spoke with Kathy to set my appointment up. It was a non emergency situation and I was still contacted immediately by John B. I met John within the hour of him contacting me. We needed a plumber asap and a good friend recommended Rapid Rooter Plumbing. TJ, one of their technicians was at our house within 2 hours from my call. He was totally professional and all business working non-stop from the minute he arrived. Our water in our bathroom bathtub would not stop running needing a new cartridge. He new exactly what needed to be replaced and repaired and explained everything in detail. DJ and Davin showed up on time and were very fair, straightforward, and easy to work with.

John came when scheduled, called ahead, was friendly and did a good job. He made sure the area was clean when he left. I've been using Rapid Rooter for a long time. Example of attention to detail: John made sure the disposer ring was exactly straight up and down. I'm a plumb and level sort of gal and this is important. Not all service people in the world would think this is important!

Great Job patching up my water pipe in my front lawn. John Bryd was excellent and professional. He educated us on what I need to do next and I highly recommend his services.

I had a very good experience working with this company! When I called with a septic issue, they sent someone out the very same day. Michael provided a thorough overview of the problem and discussed all my options, which I really appreciated. Davin then handled all the hands-on work, from opening and draining the tank to offering incredibly helpful guidance. He not only explained what caused the issue but also gave me practical advice on what to look out for in the future to avoid a big mess. Davin even talked through specific options for installing a new septic pump down the line which I will likely need. Their expertise and prompt service, combined with a relatively reasonable price, make them my go-to for any future septic issues.

Neighbors referred Rapid Rooter and I see why ! Called this morning to let them know my red light on alarm system was on . No available appoints but the office assured they would get me in . She called a tech and he happily agreed to get out asap because of emergency . Michael came out immediately after his other call without hesitation . When he arrived he inspected my system and knew right away what the problem was . Very knowledgeable as he walked me through what happened and the next steps to fix issue . Communication from office and Michael was outstanding .

The lead tech carol was absolutely amazing! They were great start to finish , his helper DJ was great as well.

DJ showed up and legit saved my sanity. No appointment, no heads up. He squeezed me in JUST to empty my tank. That wasn’t really the issue AND he had another appointment to be at, but he made time when he didn’t have too. He took time that he clearly did not have to make me understand how everything worked so I don’t have the same issue again in six months once again.

He spent time fixing the actual issue instead of just trying to make a profit.
He spent hours fixing problems that he didn’t have too, and he did not get paid anywhere near enough to do it. He just had good intentions and wasn't trying to just make money. I got to take an actual bath instead of a shower today and that was all thanks to him because this company actually cares. So if I had it, I would have paid him the 10K he clearly deserved but even though I didn’t he still treated my problems like I was paying him that. I don’t really leave reviews so that speaks VOLUME for me. These guys should always be your first call. They will definitely always be mine ❤️❤️❤️
