Oliver is exceptional. He walked and heard the noise from our Samsung refrigerator and new what the problem was. Will will use his service for all our appliances.

We do not recommend them. Samsung washing machine is broken. The master arrived with a screwdriver and flatheads. Didn't have a diagnostic tool. The master said that the main computer should be replaced. He promised that he would come back in a couple of days and replace the part. Then they called back from the office and said that they could not help us because spare parts for the washing machine are no longer manufactured, but the washing machine is 2 years old. And access spare is everywhere on sale. I spent three hours on the forums, found the cause of the breakdown. I ordered a part and changed it myself. Their master set the cause of the breakdown incorrectly. I did everything myself. But what did I pay them $80.00 for? When you call the service, ask or they can do diagnostics to determine the cause of the breakdown.

Fantastic service--incredibly knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. He diagnosed issues with our microwave in about ten minutes, and showed us exactly what was happening and why it was happening. He also explained that it would be more expensive to buy the parts and repair it, and recommended that we buy a new one. We did, and he was very fair with an installation price, basing it on his first visit and not charging for an entirely new work order. He installed the new one in less than 10 minutes--saved me at least an hour of my own time. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The guys just left. I called yesterday looking for someone to "stack" my side by side washer and dryer. I spoke with Oliver, he got all the details, got the needed parts (bracket / etc) and came the next day. They did the job quickly, and now we have twice the space in our laundry room. Will use these guys for any future appliance repair or the other services they offer - first rate service.

I had great service from Oliver at Fox Dual for my refrigerator repair. He was quick to schedule my first service appointment and prompt to arrive. He is very good with communicating to his clients about his schedule and any delays. He ordered the needed parts while I was present and was correct about how long they would take to arrive. He clearly explained what was wrong with my refrigerator and how he would repair it . I could not have expected any better service. I Highly recommend him.

Gas oven igniter went out. My first serviceperson was a no show. I called Sneed and he came within a few hours. I had the part. Fair price and fast! My oven works now. Side note Samsung assembly strips the screws during manufacturing.
