Had fridge repair, still not working. He has continued to return. But, its soooooo frustrating when you have spent nearly $1000.00 and you are still using a cooler

Mike was terrible. Cut me off to answer other phone calls and couldn't answer what I was asking. Maybe he couldn't hear me but regardless terrible CS.

Delighted with these guys. Great communication with me and they went above and beyond to get the job done. I highly recommend.

Nothing good to say about this company.
Two months on from my initial repair request and diagnosis; they still haven't come back and completed the repair.
They overcharged the insurance deductible.
The owner is rude.
Avoid this company at all costs -
Washer still not fixed. Neighbor has had them come out multiple times with no resolution. Technician's interaction acted like he hated his job and customers. They have major customer service and communication problems.

Lazy service technician came out and dropped a cleaning product in our dishwasher and took his money saying it should be fixed. Once he came back, he said it was something else. Meanwhile he didn't look at the dishwasher at all. After repeated calls, we get more lies. STAY AWAY from this horrible service.

30 min warning call my butt. I was at work, and had scheduled my mother to be at the house to take care of the service call. She had to run to the grocery store, about ten minutes away. A 30 min heads up call would give her just enough time to get back and put the dog away. Nope. No call till they were in the driveway. She was at the store finishing up. So i guess they get to sit and wait. We were told 1pm. Got the call @ 2 that they were there.

We have used them twice. They are respectful, kind, timely, honest and their customer service skills are outstanding. People need to realize that not everything can be fixed or repaired...sometimes a new appliance is warranted. I recommend them always.

One of the worst appliance contractors period. They made couple of service call and still did not fix the issue on my electric range, This entire process lasted only for a month.Mike ( who owns the business & has major anger management issues) yelled at us for questioning them when they failed to fix the issue during his second service call. Way to go Mike good job running your business to the ground. Sneed sucks so stay away. I am sure there are lot of professional services around this area.

Our washer is a pain in the . . . rear. It's had many issues and if it was a car I would call it a lemon. The guys at Sneed have been nothing but great about fixing it, coming when they say they will be here, and the technicians are always friendly. It's not their fault that things aren't "made like they used to be", but they make up for it by doing a great job on my blasted washer. Thanks guys.

Called to schedule a service appointment to repair an icemaker. Was given a 3 o'clock appointment the following week. Technician showed up at 5:30. Said they were. He told me he would have to order the parts and come back out, I agree and requested whenever they did come back for me to be the first customer considering I had to go to work. I was told they would be here at 9 o'clock the following Wednesday at 11 o'clock I called the office and was told he would be here in 15 minutes it is now 1215 and no one has come. Regardless on the outcome of the repair I will never use this company again

I would not even give this company a one star rating that is even to good for them! Had them look at my washer and showed me the part that was bad and quoted me 350 to fix it we said no because the washer was old but with a little research online we found the part for 100 so we had it shipped overnight and put it in and it didn't work so I called them and Michael the owner said that was not the part that was bad! So I proceeded to tell him that was the part the tech showed me, so after some back and forth with him i realized he was not going to get what I said! So I just paid $85 for nothing! I think when I told them I was not going to buy their part the tech decided to tell me the wrong part after I paid him and asked what the name of the part was. So my advice to anyone needing repair to a appliance DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I spoke with a very nice man at cashwell that referred me to a good place so call them for a referral. Lol I see that the owner responded to my complaint and still does not get it! So I have to ask the question why respond to mine and not to the other bad reviews you received... AGAIN I would not use these people! In response to you mike I called Samsung and they said the board that I replaced was the MAIN CONTROL BOARD! but I guess you will say that they are wrong to!

Was very polite and professional. Fixed my leak inside my fridge and only charged me for the service call. I called them out again to fix my dryer. They did a great job and educated me on making sure the problem doesn't happen again.

I had an issue with my Samsung french door refrigerator and called Sneed Appliance. They came out a few days later and the tech showed me what the issue was and how I can fix it myself if it happens again. My refrigerator is working perfectly now. I would definitely call them again if needed.

Do not use them. Sneed stated that i need a new compressor and the cost would be $950 for a 3 year Frig. I was ready to throw the Frig away. Had the Manufacture service rep look at it and they quoted a bad circuit board at $300. Its now running. I asked Sneed about to refund my money and I can't get them to return my calls. I would give them Zero Stars if I could.

DO NOT let them in your house!! These guys are a joke! Stood us up. Rescheduled. Guy came out, didn't know what he was doing. Scheduled a time to do the repair. Took it away from the house so it would be easier to fix. NEVER contacted me with an estimate. Kept it for 2 weeks!! I basically had to threaten him with Theft charges to get my property returned.

I have used their service a couple of times for my Samsung washer and dryer. Each time they arrived within the allotted time and promptly fixed the problem, or ordered the part needed and returned within the week to complete the work. Always professional and cleaned up after work was done.

First of all, one of the technicians attempted to talk me through potential problems before he even came out...I always appreciate it when service techs do that before they receive any $. The problem was not anything that I could resolve, so he came out to our home when he said he would. He was patient and courteous, even though we changed the time several times due to our schedule. Unfortunately, he was not able to bring our washing machine back to life, but their service was good.

Do not trust this company, they tried to sell me a motor $500 for my dishwasher when all it needed is a sensor $80. I called for a refund and got nothing but the runaround stating their tech did everything he could. I explained the tech was there for 5-10 minutes and did not look at anything. Got on his phone, looked up price of motor and charged me $85. This company states they "do not replace parts, only put new motors in". This is not a repair company, they only want to put new motors etc in to make more money. STAY AWAY from this company.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Sneed Appliance Services. Michael the owner has come to my house to repair a refrigerator and he has installed a new microwave. Both times he was prompt and courteous. And his prices were fair too.
I would recommend Sneed to anyone and have recommended him to several of my real estate clients. -
They were out to my house within hours of my call. Turns out I overreacted about my fridge not being as cold, I had caught it during a defrost cycle. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything. Whats more, he was quick to tell me that nothing was wrong and everything seemed to be in perfect working order, most companies wouldn't be as honest. They didn't even charge me for the visit. I took a couple business cards and you can be sure that I'll be using them in the future and referring my family and friends to them.
