Not the first time I have heard this about them learn my lesson in this 90 deg house

I was very impressed by Brad and his team, they were prompt, professional, respectful and fair. We had previously used several other companies in the area for maintenance but weren’t really all that impressed and so when our HVAC unit broke down last summer we called several HVAC companies to provide a diagnostic and that was when we called Marshall Air. Brad is a total straight shooter. After receiving very expensive quotes from competitors, Marshall Air provided us a quote but then also offered to fix the unit for a mere fraction of the price. He was straight forward in that the fix would only last us a year or two but that our current HVAC system was not near the end of its expected lifespan and so to replace the system then would’ve been (in his opinion) a waste. It was a solution none of the other companies offered. When I called the other companies back (who had given me the expensive replacement quotes) to ask their costs to repair they seemed unenthusiastic about going in that direction citing that I’d just need to replace the unit in a year or two anyway. I felt at that moment like they were trying to upsell me a new car when all I needed was an oil change. It is now a year later the unit hat Marshall initially repaired is still going strong. I will call them back when it’s time to eventually replace the HVAC unit because I trust their judgement and I felt that they had my best interest in mind when presenting me with options.
