Pilot light on fireplace would go out after 15 mins of use. Owens carefully took everything out, cleaned, and inspected, including vent. Determined the safety screw was bent so glass wasn’t sealing properly. They were professional, detailed, and great communication. Would use again.

Tim and Dan arrived as scheduled and immediately began the task of inspecting our chimney and inactive fireboxes on our 100 year old house/office. They were efficient and effective.
