THE WORST COMPANY EVER……. The most rage baiting. Power tripping people I have ever met….. there drivers will rage baiting you. Then you call to complain. And the company laughs. Don’t hire INLESS YOU WANT TO BE WOKE UP AND NAILS AND ROCKS THROWN AT YOUR CAR AT 6am

Do not hire this unqualified and incompetent company… not worth your time and Insurance. The most unhonest and unprofessional company iv came across other then Hardee’s in Kannapolis.

Can not show up on time. I called the office and no one can tell how long the driver will be. Waited 5 hours and still no arrival.

Southland is a valuable asset to anyone looking for bulk water services! These guys fill our family pool each year, in addition to any misc water we need.

A water truck driver was on his way back to their shop today. He was literally spraying water INTO the windows of passing cars as he needed to let out all of his water onto our streets, and evidently, into peoples cars 🤬

OMG! My friend had a nasty lug in her tire and this truck had stopped and helped us get to the tire shop! Whatever employee this was need to get a raise! Thank this guy🤩

Good work, mediocre customer service. They’re always “booked a few days out”. I just need someone to clean the streets when they get muddy…I cannot wait 2-3 days to accomplish this.

I called in last minute today and I was quoted a 3-day window. Southland called me back a few minutes later and told me they were on the way! Great customer service, great turn around time, and awesome job cleaning!

This service has had a regular habit of bringing their very loud truck into residential areas past 9PM and disturbing the neighborhood. This should only be performed during daytime hours in accordance with all local oridnances.

Can't say enough good things about our initial cleanup with ServPro Cabarrus County. When we called them with our water leak they responded immediately. Garrett has been sensitive to the fact that our business needed to remain open as much as possible. Tate, Bryson and Draven have done a superior job of mitigation while respecting our equipment and unaffected spaces. They have all gone above and beyond to help us. We had our glued down wood floors removed after they were damaged by a water leak. Unfortunatly when removing ServPro damaged my kitchen cabinet doors with a deep gouge going the legnth of the lower cabinets also the front of the dishwasher. The company paid directly to have the dishwasher repaired. I paid to have the cabinets repaired back in November 2022 and still waiting for ServPro to send me a check for the repairs. Now they want me to wait untill the staffing agency pays them for the damage. This is very unprofessional for a compay to do this!!

I called ServPro to my very recently purchased condo after set off sprinklers turned my living room into a lake. A team, headed by Anthony, responded immediately and I was astonished at how quickly they arrived and began the water removal. Without them, the situation would have escalated immensely. They were very knowledgeable in their work and answered any questions I had regarding the extent of the water damage, a time-frame, and assured me that I could contact them at any time with questions or concerns. ServPro and Anthony especially provided the expertise and reassurance that kept my situation from turning into a nightmare. I am very grateful for them and would absolutely recommend ServPro to anyone!
