Chelsea answered the phone in a professional and calming manner. She assured me that help was on the way. Jessie and Bryson arrived during the worst of our water damage experience. They removed wet carpet pads, base boards and molding. They pulled up carpets, brought in professional sized fans and giant dehumidifier. They mitigated much of damage that could have occurred, such as mold. This crew is hard working and professional.

Rachel, Bryson and all the other techs who helped us were phenomenal. The level of communication was unlike any other professional service I’ve seen. We were treated like family from the very beginning of a challenging job. Don’t waste your time calling another company, call ServePro first!

Travis and Isaac were wonderful as they spearheaded the effort to clean out a basement that had flooded. They were professional and responsive to my concerns. The job was complicated and they did not leave until they were sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but I was so impress I had to. I called Servpro of So. Cabarrus Co. Christmas Eve around 4:30 (sewage backup had flooded my living room & foyer). 6:30 was the earliest they could get to my house. Chelsie & crew were at my house Christmas Eve before 6:00! I cannot express how grateful I am!! The guys had everything ripped out & all of the equipment set up in no time. They were very courteous & professional. They really took good care of me! We had a water leak from our refrigerator and contacted Servpro. They were here the next day, on time. Ryan was very professional and answered all my questions that I had. I was emotionally upset over all the flooding and Ryan assured me that they would get us taken care of and kept telling me all would be ok. I thought that was very nice of him. We called on SERVPRO of South Cabarrus County to help us when a plumbing leak ruined our flooring throughout our home. They were very responsive, did quality work and acted as a liaison with our insurance company to complete the job. The owner of the business even made a personal visit to our home to ensure quality service was taking place. I hope I don't have to call them again, but I will keep their number handy in the event of another disaster.

After an electrical fire displaced our family a week and a half before Christmas, John and his team were extremely punctual and communicative. They kept us in the loop during the entire process and I feel like they went to bat for our best interests. Over the 4 month process they mediated between us and the Insurance, and I feel that they went to bat for us and looked out for our best interest. They timed out all of the contractors to get us back in before our baby was due, and even went so far as to drop off a gift bag from the Inside staff, who are nothing but pleasurable to work with. 10/10 would recommend John and his team to anyone in a dynamic situation like ours. You need a Service Pro for your restoration look no further. Just call them. Customer Service Pro fits better. If I could give Jesse, Ricardo, Denis, Sharonda, Javier a 10 star I would. I have never be treated so nice by a service provider in my home. I called them they came out with in hrs on a Friday afternoon. They came pack and had all the equipment I needed to start drying out my floors. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. They went above and beyond. They couldn't do enough for me. Profession, respectful, courteous just to list a few. You need a pro, just Call them tell them Ernie sent you. Thank You guys I truly appreciate your service and having you in my home!

We had an ice maker water line leak that was hidden and not noticed until 12/ 30/ 2022. It damaged the kitchen, hallway and bathroom floors. The insurance company called Servpro of South Cabarrus to start the process of drying up the house. I had already removed the vanity and part of the flooring in the bathroom. One guy brought equipment (fans and dehumidifier) and set it up late in the afternoon. The equipment ran until 1/13/2023 when the insurance adjuster came to do the evaluation. He asked why they had not done any of the demo on the damaged area. He called and was told that they thought all the demo was finished. The lack of supervision of this company is really unbelievable. They finally sent a 2 guys to start the demo on 1/20/2023 a Friday at about lunchtime. They tore up the vinyl flooring in the kitchen and took about 40 sq ft of insulation from under the house. Made a big mess and left. The following Monday 1 guy showed up to remove the lower kitchen cabinets and underlayment that was damaged in the kitchen and hallway. I had to work with him all day to get that finished. I had to loan him tools to do his job. By now I was getting somewhat upset. 3 weeks in and now we are starting to dry the subfloor. There was a piece of 3/4 plywood in the bathroom where the toilet is that I didn't remove when I did the demo in there and it needed to be taken out. I called Garrett who was the supervisor and ,of course, I had to leave a message. He texted back that someone would come and remove it. This guy showed up at 4pm. He removed the toilet and the toilet flange was setting on the plywood. I told him he would need to cut around it and asked if he needed a saw. While I was getting him my saw from the garage I heard a couple of bangs. When I returned he had ripped up the plywood, broke the toilet flange and knocked a hole in the sheetrock. Little did I know when he did that it also broke the sewer line under the house. I called them about it and the response I got was "I talked to people in the office and they said there was no way that could have caused any damage." No one came to look or anything. I would not let this company wash out my trash can for fear they would somehow tear it up or that I would end up doing it for them. Finally they tried to charge the insurance company for work I did. I.e. removal of the vanity, underlayment in the bathroom and removal of the sink in the kitchen. They also tried to charge for removal of a dishwasher that we don't even have in our kitchen and since about 400 sq. ft. of damage to the flooring they tried to charge for removal of 400 sq. ft. of insulation when they may have actually removed 40 sq. ft. My experience might not be typical but I would NEVER recommended them to anyone. In my opinion, lack of supervision and unqualified personal is a huge problem for this company.

I called them since I have left this review and they responded. I was told that no one wants to come and look or do anything about the damage they caused because it has been over a year since they were first called. "Like it never even happened". That's a good slogan.

I have had the pleasure of getting to work with Daryl . Each time I have had a question he has been be on top of it - if he didn’t have the answers he got then quickly. It has been a pleasure to work with from beginning to end of project with him from the water mitigation to construction including everything in between!

Jason was very professional throughout the whole process. Dealing with the insurance company was the hardest part of the process, but Jason was very diligent throughout the process. Basilio was the contractor who completed the work. He did a great job and you couldn’t tell that there was damage to begin with. I appreciate the job Servpro did!

Honestly, the company bailed us out when we discovered a water leak causing significant damage. They came immediately and began the water mitigation process. There were some issues with the reconstruction until Jason and Garrett were assigned to the project. The five stars is 100% for Jason and Garrett who pulled together to get this project completed. Very dedicated team who ultimately did a great job for us! Shout out to Jason for his professionalism and dedication to getting this job done!
