Jani King is a pleasure to work with and always has a level of professionalism. They are great on projects that are short term notice or long term contracts.

Jani-King does an excellent job cleaning Concord Mills. Occasionally, cleaning a mall that have over 1.6 msf, there will be some hiccups, but they are immediately cured with the teamwork of the franchise owner and the Vice President of Operations of the Charlotte office. The on-site manager does an excellent job managing the clealiness of this center. She absolutely cares about providing excellent customer service. Kudos for this team!

We are not easy to please as we ask for a lot with various scheduling issues over the years however they have always accommodated us. We recently hired Jani-King to clean our office in China Grove NC.
Our office has never been so clean. Yanci Flores and her team does an excellent job. She has been able to clean stains and troublesome areas in our office that up until now we had been unable to resolve. She is very friendly and courteous always paying attention to the needs of our office staff while cleaning during normal office hours. I would highly recommend her team to anyone that needs a professional cleaning service.

I stopped by the GMC in statesville recently and was really impressed with how clean and well-kept everything was. The showroom floors were shining, the waiting area was spotless, and even the restrooms were immaculate. Later I found out Jani-King handles the cleaning here, and it makes sense — the place looks professional and welcoming every time I visit. It definitely adds to the overall customer experience.

Recently changed crews in our ballpark and this season we were blessed to have Yanci Flores and her crew as our point of contact. She was absolutely phenomenal.

This was the best crew the ballpark has seen in its 5 seasons. The crew was very professional, dressed in proper uniform so they were easily identified. Cleanest bathrooms we have ever had. The attention to detail, from random stickers on the walls down to how the chairs are lined up around the ballpark.

Although there was a language barrier at times, they were very quick to respond to any issues that arose. They always had a smile on their faces and seemed to truly enjoy their jobs and their time at the ballpark.

We have had an Excellent experience with Jani-King. We have excellent cleaners who clean twice a week for us. They are kind, professional and very easy to work with. Also, they send someone out to inspect the work on a regular basis. I highly recommend using this company!

Hi. It’s this guy name Deese that worked on morning crew. I haven’t seen him lately. Every time I was in the Spectrum Arena. He was always working. He spoke to people and he was polite. What ever happened to that guy? If he’s still around. That guy needs his flowers.
