Overall I would give it about a 3.8. They did a good job, but for the price I paid would have liked to pay more attention in details and some of the nooks and crannies for a deep clean. Thank you again for your service.

I recently had this company to give my house a deep cleaning. When they got through my appliances sparkled, my bathrooms looked so clean and shiny, my mirrors were shiny, and the house was vacuumed and dusted. It was so nice to sit back and enjoy it. I highly recommend them.

Jacob and his team did a great job. We chose the move in/move out clean for our house to get it looking perfect before selling. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Will use them again without a doubt!

Carolina Dream Clean were a joy to work with. Alma and her son were very thorough in cleaning my home and were even 20 minutes early to the appointment! I just had a tenant move out and was in need of a deep cleaning. I reached out and spoke to Diane on the phone who was so nice and took the time to listen and understand the level of service that I would need. Unice did an amazing job with our move-out cleaning! She was professional, thorough, and incredibly efficient. The place looked spotless — floors shining, appliances sparkling, and not a speck of dust anywhere. She paid great attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for inspection. I would definitely hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone needing a deep or move-out clean.

We hired Carolina Dream Clean and started with a deep clean with regular follow up cleanings. Vilma did a fantastic job! She was prompt and was very thorough. The rooms looked great and we are pleased with the results.

I would not recommend this company for cleaning services. I booked a deep clean for over $300 and did not receive deep-clean standards. The baseboards, carpets, showers, toilets, ceiling fans, and floors were still noticeably dirty.
Even after I called and texted to have the cleaners return to address the missed areas, several spots were still left uncleaned. For the price paid, it’s clear that attention to detail is lacking and that the online cleaning checklist is not being followed.
Overall, the quality of service did not match the cost, and I would suggest looking into other cleaning companies in the area.

This is the third time we have used Carolina Dream Clean for our house and we have been beyond satisfied each time. We’ve used them for both basic cleans and a move out clean and recommend them without a doubt. Ada cleaned our house most recently was thorough, efficient, and friendly. She took her time - and it shows. Ada took her time to leave little details, like folding our blankets like a bow, that really showed how much she cares. 10/10 service!

Used Carolina Dream Cleaners for the first time today!! Maria was our cleaner and she did the best job ever. I Had them clean a property that I own, but I live out of state. They were super easy to work with I was able to ship them a key directly, And the cleaning service went amazingly! The house looks 1000 times better. Highly recommend will definitely be using them again if not monthly now! Now that it’s been deep cleaned, I can go and do like a basic cleaning or whatever we need and it’ll be a lot easier to keep up with!!

I recently moved out of my home and needed a move out clean and reached out to Carolina dream clean to schedule a move out clean. Gabriela showed up early and did such an amazing job. I surprised my wife with a deep clean for Christmas. Working with Carolina Dream Clean was super easy. Within minutes of inquiring they were in touch with an estimate. Scheduling was a breeze and prices were very fair. We have 3 kids and had some family visiting for the holiday, so our house definitely needed some extra care. Linda was super helpful after we had our kitchen remodel in the house. There was so much dirt and dust (specially in the windows and blinds). She took time to really take care of my property and had couple more ladies with her to speed the process. Really professional.

This was our first cleaning with Simply Clean with Linda. Maria and Cinthia were very thorough and pleasant! We have some quirky things about our home because my husband is disabled. They listened attentively and did everything perfectly!

This company is awesome. Instead of a set cleaning routine, they are able to customize their visit and do what YOU feel needs to be done. There was a pre-call to determine what I needed, an email to say who was coming, a call to say they were on the way, a verification of the job once they got here and a follow up after they left. Awesome job. Awesome flexibility. Awesome follow-up.

Great experience! A cleaner came out, and I wasn't 100% satisfied with the work done. I reached out to the company to let them know why it wasn't a 5 star cleaning, and they didn't hesitate to send someone out the next day. I wasn't expecting much, but the willingness to make it right so quickly wiped out the not so amazing first experience. Highly recommend this company to everyone, and I plan to use them for future cleanings!
