Paid for a deep clean* of the main living area and bathrooms** and many things weren't done. Had to have technicians come back to complete things we didn't just end up doing ourselves. Then on the 2nd visit, I reminded the ladies 2x to not forget to do some things. I was contacted by the owner to say that the technicians felt like they were being micromanaged. Then after they were done, we realized still so many things were not dusted or done poorly. We were then charged $30 extra for this "Extra time that was caused due to technicians being micromanaged" all because I gently reminded them twice to not miss some things they missed on the deep clean. We requested half of our service fee back since the job still was not done properly, and the $30 because literally no extra time was needed, but it was declined. I'm putting these pictures out here for them to speak for themselves.

Edited to add: The pictures are evident and clear that basic necessities weren't done that are included in even the standard clean.

We’ve used simply clean for years but just had our first clean with Nora and Chris! They did such a great job! They were very thorough and left our house in amazing shape (which was a task after having a revolving door of dogs and people over the holidays)! They went above and beyond and even brought in two large packages off of our porch before they left.

Linda came by the day prior to the clean and took extensive notes on everything that would better accommodate the clean. Jaclyn cleaned my home the next day and did a FANTASTIC job. Extremely overpriced for below average work. I paid a ridiculous amount for a deep clean, and didn't even get a basic clean. I had my cleaners redo several obvious things they skipped, but didn't have a chance to review the upstairs before they left. I was shocked...the shower was barely cleaned, the mirrors were not clean, the fronts of the cabinets were not cleaned...the list goes on and on. This was anything but the deep clean I paid for. But the real kicker...my Tiffany's diamond necklace is gone, which had irreplaceable sentimental value. Yes, I should have hidden it before they arrived, but I made the mistake of trusting people and this company. BIG mistake. The owner is rude and never offered a solution to address this terrible experience. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere!

We received a deep clean as a very generous gift and we elected to move on to a regular cleaning schedule. The initial clean was done by a team and was very good, follow up is an individual. Excellent work done both times. Nora was assigned to us this time and she did great and timely work.
