Things aren’t really clean unless you clean them yourself. I just purchased my home and you know an empty home is usually dusty from sitting so I called to get a deep clean for my move in. I liked how I was able to get scheduled as soon as possible and the manager Trevor was really nice. This made me to believe I was going to have a great experience. However it was not really what I expected the ladies who cleaned my house were somewhat nice I didn’t like how they didn’t speak at first upon entering. They started looking around a I specifically heard them say “it’s pretty clean in here already” while looking in the fridge. When I heard that I knew I wasn’t going to get the clean I expected. The last occupants must of had a dog because dog hair was ALL over the house and even in the fridge. I left home to let them do their job but when I came back I was not satisfied. I came home feeling like I paid $430 for strangers to just come and wipe down my appliances and vacuum. My home didn’t have a fresh clean smell, there was a juice stain still on the kitchen floor (so I know it didn’t get mopped), my refrigerator still had the same dog hair in it and I don’t have a dog. My baseboards looked like they may have gotten touched but not that great. When I went to shower last night some gooey black stuff started falling from the shower door when it got wet. I called about the fridge because that was one thing I paid for as an add on. I believe Trevor came back out to clean it the next day and I will say that was probably the best thing. But I still ended up cleaning myself.

I am very displeased with this company. I did my first clean with them yesterday. At first, everything looked great but hours later I saw the mistakes that were made…and there were many. I wish I could show all the pictures. You pay for however many minutes they expect to be there and I payed 232 for a clean that I felt was rushed and the team only spent 1 hour and 30 minutes to clean the whole house and they were late, showed up 2 hours after their expected arrival time. They missed the laundry room which was the area of focus, didn’t clean my closets, and did not clean all bath tubs. The bath
Tubs have hair on them, blue and red stains that were there before and could have been easily cleaned. This is the worst cleaning I have ever had and the most amount of money I have spent on a clean so that should tell you something. They do not treat this as your home because I would have done a much better job and would not have wasted my money. I am waiting back to hear what they say about this but am very displeased. Also I told the ladies to please wear masks and they still chose not to do so so very unprofessional.

Our first clean was awesome! Aliya, Rene, and Kayla were kind and through and our puppies loved them too! The house is sparkling even in corners I never thought would sparkle again!

New ladies today, very thorough and professional. Listened carefully to my directions and suggestions. I appreciated that!

I moved & wanted the new place cleaned. I received a quote & was told what would be done & bc there is no furniture, I myself assumed “this is going to come out great.”

When I came home, it was a great disappointment. Although they did clean the white boarded wall which I am grateful for, I still found cob webs in every corner, cob webs inside the closets, dust on the crown molding when I was told they clean there, dust & more cob webs in some of the bathrooms, the inside cabinets in all the bathrooms were not wiped down as I was told they would be, the carpets in the closets were not vacuumed, the windows in the living room were not fully wiped down.

The customer service is great & the cleaning crew seemed friendly & inviting but I’m not sure where the communication fell that either the crew was not informed fully on what to do or they were in a hurry or something. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I would have given more stars but compared to what I was told & what was actually done, it’s been a disappointment. I will not recommend or contract this company again.

Lisa did a terrific job of cleaning our home. I was very impressed with her attention to detail. I also appreciated her positive energy.

Contracted to have a top to bottom clean after construction. John showed me all of the things they do when cleaning. When the girls showed up there was some type of confusion but they did not explain, said everything was ok. When they were 90% done and ready to mop they asked me to walk through. Found that they did not clean the dust off of the walls. Also cob webs and dirt etc under tv stand. They took care of all of this but after they left and my wife and I looked closer we found dirt on the floors, the top of pictures and mirrors not dusted etc. was told quality inspector would check their work but she came and went in the middle of the job. Had painters coming in the morning so I had to get up early in the morning to clean the walls etc. tried emailing both Katie and John and both come back as not good emails. This also happened when trying to set up the cleaning. Not sure what was on the schedule but they were in a hurry to get out of here.

If you need a legally required W9 form for your business, do *not* use this company! We have been politely requesting one for several months now, even supplying the simple 2 page form we need, with no response. We then had an attorney reach out on our behalf, and they still will not comply. Our next step is to report them to the IRS to cover ourselves. Do not recommend Cleaning Authority!

The workers were friendly. However I am disappointed in the lack of detail to cleaning especially when asked what was my focal points.

Once again, a great team cleaning effort today! Always comprehensive, efficient service. Good attention to detail and willingness to address special issues. Skylar deserves big kudos for deep cleaning the kitchen sink stainless insert. Looks like new!

Have been very pleased with the service we have received. Anytime we have called to discuss anything the response and customer service has been great. We love each of our cleaning crew that come to the house and everyone has done a great job! Kimberly, Solomon and Tairese were there the last time and left us a wonderful note wishing us happy holidays when they finished. We feel very comfortable with this team in our home while we are out. We try to stay out of the way and let them do their jobs and have been very please each time we get home. Thank you all very much for your hard work!

Not only were they skilled at what they did, but Tabitha and Milan are incredibly efficient. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and worked diligently. Their efficiency meant that I could go about my virtual work day without disruption, which I greatly appreciated.

They are both courteous and respectful as well as polite and friendly. This is only our second cleaning & I hope it its stays consistent.

I've been using The Cleaning Authority for quite a few months now. They are always on time. Renee and Kayla have been the best team. They care about their work and if I have a request or question. It helps me in so many ways. I'm very appreciative of them both. I would recommend The Cleaning Authority. The entire staff along with having an app has been helpful so helpful.

Sam (Team 3) came by herself today and did an excellent job. My shower was a mess and I thought some of it was beyond help. Sam got in there and cleaned it spotless! She did an amazing job all through the house but I am very impressed with how clean my shower is. Thank you Sam!

Today I started my back with the cleaning authority and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I really missed them coming biweekly and it had been some time since I had paused my subscription. When I got home from work I was extremely pleased with the results! Thanks TCA for making a great impression on my return , I don’t regret my decision for returning !

Jolie & Emanni did a great job cleaning my apartment. I can tell they went the extra mile it’s pretty obvious. Tabitha and Courtney cleaned my apartment on the 7th of Feb 2025 and I can tell the difference. All the teams have done an excellent job, but Tabitha and Courney went way above and beyond. I wish I could have them every single time. Today 8 August 2025 Kiya and Nyah cleaned my apartment and did an outstanding job. Kat & Tre cleaned Today five, September 2025 and they did an outstanding job. I am absolutely impressed.

I’ve had them clean my house for at least 6 months now. Staff is great and easy to work with. If I ever have any issues, they are great at addressing and I recommend them for routine home cleaning! They deep clean parts of your house on a regular bases and I have been happy with their services.

The Cleaning Authority does an amazing job on my home. They do everything I ask, and a lot more! House looks great and smells wonderful after every cleaning. The maids are super friendly and great communicators! I really enjoy the service.
