I don't understand the good reviews...I contacted them 4 times, even sent pictures of my issue, and no one ever contacted me about coming out to do an estimate. They could at least have let me know that they weren't interested in the job instead of just ignoring me.

Anthony and Amber provide top notch customer service! I've had them do 3 different projects at my home all with first rate results. HIGHLY recommend.

Specifically called and verified TWICE that yard was to be aerated ONLY.
Found yard COMPLETELY covered with blue material, later identified as random blue CHEMICAL laden seed.
Called Amber immediately and she said she would have to wait until Anthony came back.

Meanwhile, it took 3 hours to rake and blow 10 wagons full of dirt and seeds to be disposed of.
Now yard needs to be reprepped again to kill the seeds and prevent them from germinating. (Which was probably unlikely anyway, because without FERTILIZER, seeds won’t germinate well.)

Anthony never apologized for putting the RANDOM BRAND seeds down. Just stated that very few customers request aeration only and the guys “just did what they normally do”.

HELLO! If few requests for this service is ask for, then shouldn’t that ring a bell that this is the house that wants aeration only?😑

Anthony not only never apologized, but did not even offer a discount for destroying my yard. Just kept touting how other customers have plush lawns, etc.😤

Anthony came out and trimmed one of our trees, dropped two others, and ground three stumps. Excellent clean work and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a maple rotting out near our house and needed it gone ASAP. Anthony responded quickly and had it down and removed within 3 days. It was like the tree was never there. His prices were the best around and his service timely. Highly recommend!

Anthony and his crew came out to our house and removed some large dead trees that we had in our yard. They did a fantastic job and were very efficient. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

They came in and cleaned up a large oak tree we had cut down a week prior. The job was too big for us. Within a couple of hours they had all the debris and huge limbs gone!! They were reasonably priced and did a great job.

I can't say enough nice things about this company - We have used Anthony's company half a dozen times for tree and landscaping/patio work and have always been thrilled with the service. He and his crew always leave the yard better than they found it. You can' t go wrong choosing this company for your lawn and landscaping needs!

My yard looks great, which is surprising because I had a very large oak tree taken down and a lot of heavy dead tops taken out of many trees. Anthony showed up when he said he would and went straight to work. None of other trees or ornamentals were damaged from falling pieces of wood and my Japanese maple valued at other $10,000 was not touched. The clean-up was great and the cost was less than I had budgeted. I will use them again if the need arises.

Anthony did a very large job for us, taking down several trees (very tall trees) with a couple very close to our fence, pool, and house. He also landscaped our backyard and redoing the cement around our pool. Anthony and his team did a great job, including cleaning up very well after they were done. The price was very fair and his work excellent. He was prompt, professional and super nice to work with. We will use him again for any work we need like this in the future. Great service - personable and professional. Anthony was easy to work with, and their quote was more than reasonable for brush clearing, grading, and stump removal. What was once woodline is now fully prepped and ready as an addition to our yard.

I contacted Groundmaster Services - with a very large task and had only a concept of what I would like done to my yard. We have 100 + trees in our yard and wanted to maintain a certain feel. They came out promptly to give a quote and made amazing recommendations. Instantly, I knew this was the company I would go with. The team is both personable and professional.

Anthony is an expert professional at tree removal and landscaping needs. He and his crew have removed trees, planted and trimmed shrubbery, installed commercial outdoor lighting, and helped me with complicated drainage problems. Groundmaster is my go to for outdoor needs!

Communication - This company is super responsive and friendly! Amber got in touch with me almost immediately after I requested an estimate, and I met with Anthony as soon as the weather allowed. Both were a pleasure to interact with. Anthony was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. Everything was able to be arranged quickly and easily after the consultation/quote.
Service - Excellent, Anthony and his crew definitely know what they’re doing. They did a great job, took care not to damage anything in the tight spaces they were working with, and cleaned up afterwards, all in a day.
Pricing - The price was insanely good, I actually feel like I underpaid considering the amount of work they did. My backyard looks so much better.

Anthony and his crew were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They took our fully wooded backyard and removed all underbrush, smaller trees, and then leveled with dirt and seed and straw. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and care they took throughout the process.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Groundmaster did on our property! We had a few large trees that needed to be removed, and they handled the job safely and efficiently. The crew was professional, on time, and left the yard spotless when they finished.

In addition to tree removal, we had some serious drainage issues causing water to pool around the house. They came up with a solid plan, installed proper grading and drainage solutions, and we haven’t had a single issue since. It’s rare to find a company that handles both tree work and drainage so well, but they exceeded our expectations on both fronts. Highly recommend them!

I contacted this company to help me out with my flower beds, garden projects, etc. They came out to look and said no problem, this is doable. They took photos and said they will get a quote back to me. I sent them a couple more messages saying I haven’t heard back. They don’t respond. I had high hopes but nothing. If a reputable company doesn’t want to do the job, they should tell you right away.
