Great service. We really appreciated their communication and how they addressed any concerns in a timely manner.

I have used the groundsman for the last two years. John and the crew have always done a great job and have always communicated. Today really set them apart from any other service I have used in the past. I made an error and over paid by $558 by mistake. I called John at 6:45PM and he answer on the third ring. First thing he asked was I hope all is well and what can I help with. I explain I over paid and if there was anything he could do to help me out with the overpayment. I had my money back into my account in three minutes. Saved the day. Thank you ground man for always helping out with the special projects and just being a good honest company. Being Open, Honest and Humble will help you to continue grow your business and after today have secured a life long customer with me. Thanks again.

Nice guys, good work. Cleaned up our overgrown bushes and mowed the lawn perfectly. Would recommend their lawn care services to our neighbors in Concord.

No blade. No edge. Can't wee. Cannot weedwack. Cannot drop blade of mower. Missed work on Saturday! Charge to kill weeds that were would flowers and watermelon. I can use up too. Handicap ramp. Still growing grass. I would charge me for what? Pay someone else to come fix. They still can drop their blade. I plabyed japaneese needel with a tape measure. You are a Landscaper. Shrubs trees etc in most cases are evenly soaced and the hole that it was moved from should be packed with anything so i dont break my ankle? What services are you refunding? I said the word EDGE 6 times during your indepth inspection and video for your employees. I hire a professional. They u s rally come to the site.

We hired The Groundsmen to mow our lawn for the last two years. They have done excellent work, and the mowing looks amazing. They are easy to contact and their customer service is top notch. We would highly recommend them.

Josh is great to work with, I liked his opinions about water runoff and how his team handled the tasks. This is in addition to our biweekly mowing. Other ground maintenance was done as well. They were fair and we will continue to use him and his crew for more years to come- so far it’s been 2 years.

Joshua saved the day! My lawn person didn’t show and I was a month between mows. With looming rain forecasted to last well over a week and grass a foot tall I was panicked. I called late Sunday afternoon and Joshua got the team to me the next day. All before the rain! Thank you for adding me to the schedule. I look forward to not having to worry about lawn care now. I will also reach out soon for extra help with my lawn.

I have been more than amazed and impressed! Their work is incredible, always show up as scheduled and in the event they get rained out they always keep in contact about a make up day! Super easy to work with! I’ve used many different companies in the past and have finally found my go to! Will be using every mowing season from here on!
