I put up a post on a Facebook group looking for a retaining wall. I was immediately contacted by Barry, the owner. Everything seemed so great until I got the constant runaround. Rescheduling several times to come give me an estimate with excuse after excuse. I literally gave him an out and all he had to do was take it, but he kept on making excuses. Finally makes it out to my property and is there for 2 minutes. Don’t hear from him for another two weeks then tells me he is working on a quote. 4 weeks have passed since then and not a word from him. 8 weeks of wasted time. Wish he just would have just said he didn’t want to or couldn’t do it so I could have moved on. I actually feel bad writing a negative review, but it’s deserved at this point.

Highly recommend! They came out promptly, were super friendly, and did a great job plowing our driveway after the snow storm. Pricing was reasonable and great communication. Would definitely use again for other landscape & grading needs in future.

Lawn Firm was the 3rd landscaping company to work on our property over the past 1.5 years and they knocked it out of the park! They used quality soil & materials, had the equipment needed, and most importantly, knew what was needed and how to do it correctly. Our yard looks amazing! We gave him free rein to do whatever he thought would look good in different areas and he knocked it out of the park. His employees were kind and respectful. And they cleaned up the job every day—including power washing our driveway! We are thrilled to have this great start on our property’s renovation plans! We also use them for weekly maintenance of mowing, weeding, mulching, etc.

Earlier this year I had my lawn cut and David did it so well. My grass looks so new, He did a good job.

When we bought a new house that had a huge garden space that had been overgrown and neglected for a long time, David and his crew completely gutted and redesigned it. It looks like a whole new space now and really cleaned up the look of the house. His crew worked tirelessly and were very professional the entire time. This is the second time we have used this group and will surely call them again in the future!

Dave is a top notch professional. He scheduled a time to look at our yard and give us suggestions and estimate within a few days of me contacting him. His crew did a fantastic job on our patio. Dave communicated with us regularly about the project! Our patio was completed within 2 weeks of original call. I would highly recommend Dave!!!

The irrigation system has always been a struggle and problems, and my family has lived in this neighborhood for over ten years and we have seen mark Howard always working and riding back and forth all over the neighborhood , always in a big hole and always quick to answer all of me and my family’s questions about the up keep and process of how things are getting updated and all of the neighbors have appreciated him so much , seen so much improvements over the last several years. We have a new landscaping company that’s tending to our community’s lawns. This company started on May 2024. In June they cut the grass on the riding lawnmower and they got too close and scraped my privacy fence. I reported it to my HOA; but they will not return calls and will not accept liability for their accident. I’m sure they have general liability insurance coverage and are able to replace the single blade from my fence I just had installed less than 4 months ago but they won’t return the call.i feel that is a reasonable request. They provide decent work but I would be leery of hiring a contractor to do lawn care for me that is unwilling to be held accountable for their mistakes.

I will text or email and get a wuick response. Brian was very professional at our meetings and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and save us money.

Terra Green came out to fix an irrigation issue on laurie ave in moss creek and Mark fixed it in no time. Top notch professionalism and service. Highly recommend I wouldn't want anyone else!

We recently hired Terra Green to perform a complete makeover of our front yard and the results have far exceeded our expectations. There were many moving parts to the project including landscape lighting, irrigation, retaining wall construction, drainage, plants, trees, sod, etc., and all of it came out great! Dan Sargent of Terra Green met with us on multiple occasions prior to and throughout the project. And he took as much time as necessary to understand our needs and execute on the plan with us, collaboratively. We will be completing the backyard project in the spring. Experiencing how good Terra Green has been throughout this process leaves no doubt in our minds about having them perform the backyard renovation in a few months. We extend our highest rating and recommendation to Terra Green.

We've used Terra Green to service our commercial property in Concord, NC, for probably close to 15 years now. So far, there hasn't been a task they cannot handle, an inspection we haven't passed, and we get compliments on how it looks. Terra Green did a great job, not only in the installation of sod, bushes, irrigation, and mulch, but in taking the time to assess the site, come up with solutions, and provide fair pricing for the work done. We bid the job out to four others and they were the most responsive, and although we thought their prices would be high, based on their professionalism, we were pleasantly surprised when their price was more than fair and better than the competition. I would recommend them to my friends and family members.
