The place to get plumbing supplies the professional store not the Box Store like Lowe's or Home Depot where items are made cheaper but look the same such as water heaters there is a difference

Horrible! We called about a hot water heater part. They said they had several in stock. When we got there the place was closed! Called the number and where informed that they had decided to close today. If you cannot communicate within your own company, you cannot provide customer service! This company is a waste of time and effort!

I sent my mom to this store to pick up some pex and drain fittings for me. The man behind the countertop treated her like she was an idiot. Bad attitude normally I don't leave reviews but I just can't stand arrogant people.

Needed a specific Charlotte pipe piece. New (trainee) helped me. It was not in stock at the store but he took time and researched what I needed. He got the CORRECT piece shipped to me within 1 day. THANK TOU!

The guys at this store always make us feel good. They treat customer with respect, and they’re always very professional annd always willing to help. I personally, feel like family to them and I don’t feel like I am a number like many places.

This was a great experience. It was my first visit and the guys that were working were very helpful. I’m not a plumber, just a regular customer and they took the time to help me, explain what I needed and also educated me on what works best. I highly recommend Ferguson’s!! I will most definitely shop there again and again!!

no call back. I called 3 times for scheduling and is been more than a week that i called for schedule and appointment; no call back or any updates. all i do is just call and give my name and number that's all.

Had a leak in our pipes under the house and E H Plumbing responded quickly and fixed our leak perfectly. Great response, very capable and skilled plumbers.

Anytime we have a problem they are able to come the day we call or shortly there after. They are fast no wasting your time and always do the job well. We only use this service for our plumbing needs. Staff is very friendly and the pricing is not bad. I highly recommend this company.

My review is sadly not based on actual service because I was never able to get service. I contacted them about a garbage disposal. Was told would get a call back as they were out on a job. I didn't so I called back at end of day and then did get a return call. After speaking w them, I said I would hire them. Was asked to text a day and time. Never got a text response. So I called back and got a tad attitude about schedules but was told to send another text with later dates. Which I did. And never heard back again.
So went to Lowe's and hired their guys who came out in no time. Horrible response and service never received. Cannot recommend that

First I’d like to say he fixed the plumbing problem (with a lot of help from us). In our opinion his billing was outrageous and he never came back to pick up the trash he left, after repeated calls. Not recommended.
