I called Will yesterday and Christine scheduled me immediately. They were able to fix my problem today. Jonathan showed up promptly and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Service Pro is the only plumbing service that I'll use and strongly recommend that you use them as well.

Best experience I have had with any service provider since relocating to Charlotte! Garrett was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and service was top quality. Forever grateful! Will use them every time!

I’ve used this family owned business for two calls. One emergency and one non emergency. Our water tank went out during the late evening. I called the office after hours and the owner called me back to schedule a whole replacement for the best day. That’s customer service. This Company is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If I have a plumbing issue I will be calling them no questions asked.

I was very happy with the service received from Garrett. He first came out to diagnose a leak from the dishwasher that caused major water damage. While he was here, he looked at other wet spots for me for no extra charge. Suggested holding off on the dishwasher repair until damage was fixed so we wouldn’t have to pay them to it twice. He noticed our disposal was loose when he was connected the dishwasher and tightened that up also for no extra charge. Honest and competent worker.

I had noticed standing water on the side of the house. It had not rained in over a week. Called service pro out cause I was concerned there was a leak. It actually was coming from the neighbors house, from the hose. Was not charged anything for them coming out. Just an honest company & although no work was done, I will surely use them in the future. It is actually a nice feeling that there are still companies that choose to do the right thing for the customer. If you have a plumbing issue I would surely reach out to Service Pro.

Service Pro technician Jonathan arrived on time, was very courteous, answered all my questions, and repaired the leaking water line to the house. I thought the job was somewhat overpriced based on recent jobs where I had similar leaks repaired with my lawn irrigation system. But overall, very satisfied with Jonathan and the work he did.

Called in the morning and plumber was onsite same day in the afternoon; he fixed the shower cartridge within half hour of arriving. Every one I interacted with was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. 1000% recommend

Everyone was very professional and courteous. They explained exactly what they would be doing and my new shower is working great. They fixed my problem and also put in an access door in the closet so everything can be repaired easily in the future if needed.

Had a pipe burst under the house and Johnathan came out same day and fixed it for us in under an hour ! Very pleased with how quickly he got the job done and explained what happened to the pipe and what caused the issue. Highly recommend Service Pro Plumbing. Service Pro did an amazing job swapping out a skinny soaking tub for a large garden style tub. They were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I'm so grateful that they were recommended to me and I contracted with them on this project. The team was Will, Garrett, and Jose. You might wonder why 3 people. The old tub weighed about 40lbs and the new one 300lbs. We only had about an 1/2 inch of play on both ends of the new tub. Hats off on a job well done. I encourage anyone needing home plumbing service to reach out to the team.

After getting a ridiculously high sewer line replacement estimate from another company, I called Service Pro Plumbing who offered a better, more efficient and much more affordable solution. John and Jonathan came out and got the work done quickly and professionally. They explained everything and couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend!

Professional company with excellent response time! Installed the new water heater promptly and the service technicians on site were respectful to me and my property! Phone communications with office staff were pleasant and coordinated appointments for estimates, installation and worked with me.
