Billy did a 5 star job at Catawba College today. He was able to get our drain unclogged and camera the line to show us issues that need to be fixed.

I had great services provided by Plumber Today! Billy was professional and knowledgeable about the problem with my sewer system. He provided resolution and offered recommendations to fix my sewer system. He even offered to do research and to follow up on the pump that I have. Thank you Billy.

He found leak on roof using zoom on phone. Very thorough. In house, listened to my experience so far. It was a pipe thru roof without a cap. Who knew!!! He did. I ll be back with this company

This is the best customer service I have experienced. We had an emergency situation. One call and they showed up within 2 hours. Fixed the problem, assisted with restoration scheduling and clean up. I could not be more happy with this company. Tim was very professional and took charge of everything. Outstanding performance. Shout out to Plumber Today! I will only use this company. I am not sure about this company. If you're higher than them, stay the way you belong. They will be used without any permission; after they leave the job site, make sure to check everything
1. They used your belongings without permission
2. Not clean job site
3. I am higher, and this company added the bathroom. The all line is one color( my red pipes they used)

I have had a great experience with this company. I had a new construction project that required a lot of steps. They made the process seamless and were always professional. I worked with several techs who were all friendly and responsive. They made sure I was happy with the work at every turn. Iesha in the office was truly a blessing for someone who doesn't quite do this often, she explained to me the whole process and each step. She was so helpful. I will always use this company for future projects.

Order was to change water filter from well to house in crawl space under house. Worked hard to find leak and stayed with it until replacing entire filter system. The old one was 25 years old.

Quick to respond, sending someone out first thing in the morning to fix a leaking drain. Both times weve used Plumber Today the team has been very friendly, fast, and good at explaining what needs to be done or followup measures. Definitely recommend!

Techs came out and replaced our hot water heater in a house we just bought. We knew it was on its last leg and needed to get it done. They were on time, professional, and kept me updated. Took them a few hours, but it looks great. Also added the pressure relief tank to extend the life of the hot water heater. They even disposed my old hot water heater and I live in a 2 story home. Great company to do business with.

My 90 year old mom had a major problem with her drain lines. When the washing machine drained, raw sewage had started coming up in her bathtub. She has been living in her house for over 50 years and the drain lines were original and made of lead. Most of the pipes under the house were also made of lead. Josh at Plumber Today came out and gave us a detailed explanation of the problem and quoted us a reasonable price for the mammoth job of replacing all the lead pipes with PVC. He also indicated that we could do a "Band-Aid" fix but he would not recommend it. She has had this problem before so we knew the pipes needed to be replaced. They completed it in less than a week, even though they had to wait on the town water and sewer department to upfit the connection on their side. The job started on Friday. Josh was not scheduled to be on call over the weekend, but volunteered to be on call in case my mom had problems. They are awesome and the members of our family that are in their servicing area will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

Josh and Cooper were great and very professional. They took the time to explain everything they were doing to me. Definitely will request them again when plumbing issues come up! Thanks again guys!!!

I can't say enough about how responsive and committed they took my project. Even though a small job and I was new customer, they responded like I was part of their family. The price was more than reasonable and the work was excellent. I highly recommend them!

Bill was great, fast and efficient and didn’t try to oversell a bunch of things I didn’t need and when I asked for options he explained them all and never once treated me like I couldn’t understand. Would highly recommend them and I’ll be using them for the big job I want done!
